The baby is great, thank you. The project is a train wreck. It was a planned wreck though. Controlled carnage.

What time is it? What DAY is it? Where am I? Why is there a taxidermed alligator with a bucket of chicken in its mouth next to me? Why is my hair dyed blue with the letters SS shaved in to the top of my head? Why is there Christmas trees painted on my toenails and candy canes on my fingernails? Why do I have a tattoo of hermie pulling out the abominable snowman's teeth? Where did all of this glitter come from? Why are there cops outside the door and a letter saying you're getting coal for a decade after that one sincerely S. Claus taped to the mirror?

On second thought, Don't tell me. Just assure me that there's not any videos on YouTube! Oh and thank you to whoever left the bottle of water and Tylenol on the night stand.

I was gonna ask how the birthday party at the 'Pines went, but I just found out.

Whew what a day! Just making dinner now. Then I have to sort some admin stuff once the kids go down. Ugh. Not enough hours in the day sometimes!

You're right, I had an old, failed root canal re-treated bright and early this morning. Went to work right after, and even though the numbness has worn off, very little pain so far. This appointment was to clean it out and put in some medication. I go back in a couple weeks to (hopefully) get it finished. Then I'll have to schedule two appointments for the NEXT one ... for AFTER we return from vacation. And I hope that'll be the end of my dental adventures for a while. Good heavens ...

It is going to be a very busy weekend at the store ~ lots of tourist traffic goes through starting this weekend and through Labor Day. When not working, I hope to get the rest of my garden planted and get all my errands finished. Lots to do!

Today is going pretty well, thanks! Looks like the sky is getting dark. Hope it's not raining by the time I get off work but there's a good change. I'm getting a much needed hair cut after work, I'm pretty excited about that. Ha ha! Looking forward to the holiday weekend! What about you? What's it looking like as far as you being off work this weekend?

Well, I need to scoot out of here as close to 3:30 as I can to pick up Mom & go get our hair done. I'm going to get groceries while my sis does Moms hair. I'll bring Mom back home & start getting food/drinks & clothes ready for the weekend. YAY!
