It's amazing that it's June 1st. I feel like this month has wings on it already! I hope, though, it sticks around long enough for us to enjoy some summer weather.

I feel like June/July/August combined will feel like just 1 really long month and then it will be over. Hope I'm wrong though.

Alright, alright, alright (said in my best Matthew McConaughey voice)! School is out for summer! I'm sitting home, watching Star Wars, and thinking about Christmas. Summer time is great for me...for obvious reasons...but one reason that isn't so obvious is that I really start doing a lot of planning and work on Christmas during summer break. When we start back in August, things typically go so fast that I need to be organized and having everything mapped out up until Christmas. This time of year, although hot, really leads me into the season on the best foot possible. To top it off, Christmas in July will be here before we know it!
