Hooray!!!

I can't wait for Gracie's next grooming appointment. Her groomer has all kinds of Fourth of July props. She has taken some pics of other dogs already with them but she wanted to wait until Gracie's next apt (June 22nd) to take her pics. It will be adorable! (if she cooperates!)

Look at this sweetie available now at our counties animal protection league. Reminds me just a bit of sweet Harlowe!

I got to meet this little guy with him on Saturday too...so, so cute! He's 10 weeks old!

Me too. Of course I wanted to take them all home! That's the problem with going to those type of things!

Good morning!

Typical Monday ahead for me: chores and work. Mulling over a few ideas and hoping I can figure out how to make at least one of them work. Should be a busy day.

Oh friends, what a day. The car repair is going to be the total of the car's worth, meaning all of a sudden we're in the car market. Yikes! We have a few options we're looking at, but it's so stressful after three months of caretaking and tough work. Sigh. In any case, that's life and we're going to make the most out of it! I'm thankful for my mechanic who really helped me out and provided me with some thoughts on new cars and the need for one given our situation. It's nice when you find someone you can trust! We will be just fine and hopefully will have more reliable transportation at the end of this week.

Hope you all are having a good day! And that things are going smoothly for each of you!! This week, the year is halfway over, right? Isn't that crazy?? We're coming up on it at least and that excites me and gives me hope!
