Plenty of rain late yesterday after an otherwise pretty good day.
More of the same predicted for today and the next several.
(At least the severe thunderstorm warning we got earlier did not prove to be needed.)
Currently, we show 72.4 degrees on our digital back door thermometer.


Tomorrow, believe it or not, will see us safely back to Weekend Eve once again.

Good evening,

I am so incredibly tired tonight, I overslept this morning waking up 10 minutes before I was suppose to leave for work. I made it on time, barely.
Just hours now!!!!
We already have quite a bit of plans the 11 days I'm off, including some sort of show with a few of the guys from Dancing With The Stars, it is not my thing, but my wife loves that show, so I am going as her arm candy.
I will see you all tomorrow when I am a free man.

I have a pretty busy day. Maggie goes to the groomer this morning. I have an appointment this afternoon to have my hair cut & colored. I also need to go to the seamstress at some point, our dresses are ready to be picked up. I'll be working on my daily chores in between all of that. I'll pop back in when I can. Hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Good Thursday Morning MMC! Happy Last Day of June and 1st half of the year! The better half and more fun half starts tomorrow (starting with a long holiday weekend). I am working today and tomorrow then will be off for the holiday weekend. Looking forward to it. Other than that, I went to Applebee's last night and got a free meal for my birthday month. Pretty awesome when you can get a free meal these days.

Happy Thursday friends!! I was up a lot last night, my youngest daughter has a bladder infection again. She was up every 2 hrs or so and then I would get up when I heard her. She just had one a month ago so not sure what is going on? I am going to call her Dr when they office opens, I should be able to get her in this morning. Otherwise, just working and trying to finish up some work by tomorrow. It will be busy but I am sure it will go by quickly. Have a great last day of June!

Happy Thursday friends!! I was up a lot last night, my youngest daughter has a bladder infection again. She was up every 2 hrs or so and then I would get up when I heard her. She just had one a month ago so not sure what is going on? I am going to call her Dr when they office opens, I should be able to get her in this morning. Otherwise, just working and trying to finish up some work by tomorrow. It will be busy but I am sure it will go by quickly. Have a great last day of June!

We're still in crazy mode around here, trying to get everything ready for our week-long vacation. I still have to get the automatic water timer ready for the garden. Last year, I set it to water too much, and the garden died when we got back, so I'm cutting back this year.

Good Thursday morning everyone. I have two days off before working this weekend. After a couple of rainy-ish days, the sun is finally out and I took Loki for a long walk in the park. Since a lot of places will be closed tomorrow for Canada Day, I'll have to get errands done today. But first some chores to get out of the way.

It is so far! When I came in to work this morning, first day after vacation, my computer was decorated with a pineapple garland, and several co-workers welcomed me back and said they missed me! That was so sweet. I'm glad I brought back some treats to share with them. Also, thankfully, it has been a slow day so far, because I'm still under the weather with laryngitis and coughing---day 12 of that mess, I think.

I hope your day is just busy enough to make your day fly without making it stressful.
