Relaxing morning so far. Sitting around drinking coffee and watching old football games. More rain today and it might stick around for tonight and cancel the fireworks.
In-laws are coming over later this afternoon for dinner and maybe fireworks.

Merry 4th of July everyone. Pig has 2 more hours to go, full time job keeping the bucket of beverages iced..lol. Waiting for peeps to arrive so I get to kick back for a bit. My neighbor had kept a case of Christmas beer I adore hidden until today..he brought it over for me to hand out...kinda laughed and told him not a chance. His small reunion is going to join ours for the cookout.

Well, Bambina has a newfound fear....

Fireworks.

It was a long night. Our city allows people to shoot them on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. It was a long night. About 8:00, we had to leave because she was so terrified. Came home about 11:30. Woke up this morning to the news that my in-laws dog died during the night. I hate it for them. They were so close to their dog....they will surely have a sad 4th.

Got to get going. Have a few more chores to do before we go cookout.

Gracie has had a very long weekend at the lake with all the fireworks. Lots of time spent underneath the table or under the bed. Poor girls! Hope it gets better for Bambina after today!
