Good Monday Morning MMC! It's the last week before the Bers arrive! I can't believe that but it's true. I was able to take care of Rollins this morning and get all my routines in and got to work on time. Hopefully we're settled in more now. He loves to go outside. I hope the autumn will give us some great weather so he can spend lots of time outside. Other than that it's my slow week of the month but I have enough things to do to keep moderately busy.

Another me type day here, except we had pizza from our favorite restaurant. So I guess that makes it a good day. One more day until my day off, just got to get through the dreaded Saturday. Only 126 more days until vacation, but who's counting.
I got woken up this morning by Tuukka licking my nose, these kittens are quite the handful, but constantly are making us smile.

Good Monday Morning everyone! Even though the weekend is done I'm glad to get back into my weekly routine, which means spending time with you all and catching up. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I had a busy but lovely one. I feel the fall creep setting in with slightly cooler mornings, kids on the neighborhood bus stops and folks standing in line for pumpkin lattes!
Lizzybeth started 6th grade today and I didn't expect to be so emotional about it but emotions are like a box of chocolates where ya never know what cha gonna get. It's been 5yrs since the passing of my parents (90 days between the two of them) and I just really miss my mum this morning. Lizzybeth was her last grandchild she watched as my now exhusband and I went off to work. My mum watched her from 7 months til she was 5 yrs old. She watched her full time up until a few months of her passing. She would have loved to see how big she's gotten, both my girls really. So today is a hard day. However, I'm so very proud of them both and feel like my mum is watching over us all and so proud of all of her grand babies as she called each one.
Here's a few snaps of Lizzybeth from this weekend. 1) First one is from the bridal shower of our church member and friend Erin wearing the veil we made for her as one of the games we played at the shower. 2) Second one is from this morning as she was about to make her walk to the bus stop for school. 65 and no humidity. It's just about perfect out there right now. Unfortunately, it looks like summer is back on Wednesday. I'm going to enjoy today and tomorrow though.
