We had a blast. Everyone should have an Emma! My hubby brought home some fresh Apple Cider from a local orchard - I made Emma a Captain 'n cider. She LOVED it. It was so festive!

Thank you so much!
I started decorating this afternoon, I hope to finish tomorrow. I ended up stopping half way through to go outside with the girls to wash our cars. It was so beautiful out.
I hope everyone had a nice day and enjoys the rest of the evening!

I can relate to that. It's hard to decorate for fall when it's so beautiful outside. We didn't start until about 7:15 last night when the sun was going down & it was cooling off! I have no doubt your house is looking beautiful!

(Ah! We have come so far so fast, haven't we?)


Well, the cool weather just keeps holding off and we had another warm and humid one yesterday. The weather service says it should be better today. I hope so, as that lawn really needs mowing!
Right now, we are at 71 degrees here in central NC.

Ack! My lawn mower failed me again! Now I have to order a steering column bushing. This will be the third or fourth time I've had to replace that aggravating part!

Frustrating, Brad! Sorry, bud.

TGIF, and Happy Milestone Day, Christmas friends!

100 Days! I can't believe we're back here again!

As I mentioned above, the steering column on my mower has to have a bushing replaced AGAIN. They make that part out of soft brass, and it wears out every other year. And it's no picnic to replace. At least the last cut I made squared-up the yard, so it doesn't look too crazy.

My brother is having surgery on his sinuses today, so I'd appreciate prayers and positive thoughts for him.

Good morning MMC! Merry Milestone Day!!! 100 Days Until Christmas! Woo Hoo!! And HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

We had so much fun last night. I picked up Mom & Emma, brought them to our house, turned on Christmas music, Mom crocheted & Emma went to town decorating our house for Fall! (I helped her too...) I was in a rut - I put the same decorations in the same spots every year. She had new idea's, put things in different places than I ever would have. But now she used all my decs & I have spots empty where I normally put things so I guess I have to buy more. Oh darn!

Good Friday morning! It's supposed to be a nice Summer day today, cool right now but temps in the 70s and bright sunshine. I worked 12 hours yesterday trying to get everything done so I'm rather tired this morning, I think I'll take it easy for now. The albums I had printed for our store's 10th anniversary have arrived, so going to pick them up later and I really, really hope they turned out well. Wishing everyone a fantastic 100th day to Christmas!
