Merry Sunday

I've been fighting of a virus for the last few days. Yesterday was particularly bad. Starting to feel better I think. Hope I can get through work today - I am sure I will.

Spent all of yesterday on sofa just resting. Watched another movie off my autumn watch list. October Sky - great movie. It's not about the season but the setting and mood makes it a good choice.

Big football Manchester United match on today so the boys are looking forward to it. I will have to miss it but will catch some NFL with them when I get in. Probably for the best as football overload these days LOL

Must dash to work now. Have a great Sunday.

Germany is greeting
We are in the double digits of days leading to christmas.....and today seems to be Kandice and my start into the christmas season.
Been watching the first ep of The Great Christmas Light Fight and are now watching a Christmas Light Switch on show from some Disneyland....dunno which one.....which features, Else, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf.
Kandice has started to handcraft seating cards for Christmas Dinner......she also wants to do menu cards!
Today will be a total christmas day....nothing but christmas shows and christmas movies!!!! The weather plays along......until Thursday we had unusual hot weather for mid September.....around the mid 80s!!!! Now it´s around 70degrees and rainy!!!!!!

what do you think of this idea to create a fake fireplace? We don´t have one...so that would be nice to a better place to put the stockings in!!!

I will only have to find a way to get something in there that looks like a fire

We're over halfway through September already--time is flying! Good idea to start now! I'll be enjoying some football this afternoon and lighting a fall candle (apple spice!) to celebrate!

I can't believe there is only one more weekend left in September. Time is really flying! How do we put on the brakes so we can savor this season?

Macy's at our local mall has the Christmas stuff coming out! It's not set up yet but I saw it on the side and it's very visible. Hard to believe it's that time again!

For me, the rock bottom was when I saw pumpkin spice Circus Peanuts. Ugh. As if plain Circus Peanuts weren't already rock bottom.

That is a great idea. What about very large candles inside for a fire effect.

What a day! Glad I made it in. I am actually starting to feel better so looks as though this virus is going thank goodness. Wasn't too bad at work. We had a meeting this first thing so it made for an easy morning LOL

Manchester F.C lost the big game earlier.

Watching Cowboys vs Red Skins at the moment.

Remember when it used to be "apple" everything? They must have wore it out and now its Pumpkin Spice. Yeah I dont think Circus Peanuts would be very good at all. Or the Frosted Mini Wheats that are spiced.
