Happy Milestone Sunday!
Spending a little time with tea, gingersnaps, and my Countdown friends on MMC.
Had a funny start to my day. Mr. couldn't figure out what was wrong with the printer ... no red would print, and the colors seemed off---yellow was coming out blue, and so forth. He had tried everything he knew with no luck. I restarted the computer, and that brought back red, but the weird coloration on printouts still persisted. Finally discovered that whoever replaced an empty ink cartridge last put a cyan cartridge in the yellow slot and vice versa! That was an easy fix. So I won't be spending my afternoon shopping for a new printer after all, hooray!
Then I discovered a couple of old partially-used Vanilla prepaid cards lying around that we had gotten for gifts. I checked the balances online, and found we have nearly $10 left. Not much, but we can buy some music downloads with that. Dontcha love found money?
It's a really gorgeous day here today, with that intense, October-blue sky, a breeze blowing, and temps in (hallelujah!) the 60s (F). It's just what September should look like.

I took it easy most of this weekend.
Harlowe's last dose of her anti-inflammatory medicine is tonight. I am a little nervous of what tomorrow will bring, but I am also hopeful.

I work as an assistant store manager at a large retail store, Winners Homesense to be exact. I think you have Homesense stores in Germany, right? It's the canadian equivalent of TJ Maxx and Homegoods in the US.

I think last year was the year of the egg shortage, and they only made the Golden Eggnog, the others were all just like Vanilla 'nog. No egg's were used.
