Good afternoon, everyone!
It has been yet another busy day at Russell. Temperatures are about seasonal with some gusty eastern winds bringing in a slight chill. Today, I had some fairly easy classes. Overall, it was a pretty good day.
Yesterday and Tuesday I was out coaching soccer. The girls tried super hard and battled very well. It was really fun to be out there and filling in for their coach who couldn't make it. It was actually my first time coaching soccer, but nobody needed to know that.... Anyway, we didn't win but we had a great time. As for the guys, we had only one substitute player for two games. They ran very hard, but didn't have enough to compete. The only good part was that we scored our first non-penalty kick goal in two years! Quite the feat, really.
I'd love to go home and rest now, but we have our final practice before our next two games on Monday. Hopefully I'll be able to find some Christmas Blossoms stuff soon. Between school, coaching soccer, and going to the gym, it's just been too much. On top of that, I was asked to go out for a few runs to help push some Cross Country runners in the mornings. It's not stop-really.
Well, I hope everyone is having a great Thursday! Only one more workday until we reach the weekend! And, can you believe that tomorrow is the final day of September? Wow. Soon, it will be the final month before the beginning of our favourite Season.

Then it stopped. So I thought - maybe I can at least get the front mowed. Got that done, so I started on the back yard. I got sprinkled on the whole time mowing in back but I got it done....I no more than got the mower in the garage & it started POURING! LOL! Whew! But that took my motivation to do anything b/c it rained all night. So I started crocheting an infinity scarf! 
I forced myself to get up every once in awhile to get some things done, but wow what a lazy night! By 7:00 it was so dark outside b/c of the rain - I really dislike that!
