I loved Twin Peaks when it came out all those years ago, but it was really intense at times. I will definitely check out the new series but I fear it won't be the same without its director David Lynch.

I was talking to my parents about it. They didn't realize a new season was coming. Hopefully tonight we will watch another episode. Have a great night everyone

Good Sunday Morning MMC! Happy Mid-October day. I got a lot done Saturday so now I'm hoping today I have more time to relax but I have some cleaning to do today. With Rollins around the place is a little messy (putting it nicely). I'm just gonna enjoy today and watch some football as well. My team doesn't play so it makes it easier to just keep an eye on the games while doing other things. Oh I got exciting news yesterday. I remember telling you guys last year when my brother in CA text me to tell me when he was coming for Christmas. Well he told me yesterday his flight is set to arrive 5:30 AM on Saturday, December 17th! Unreal it sounds so far away but it's so exciting when he tells me every year. Looks like I have to get up around 4AM to pick him up but a week before Christmas Eve I don't think sleep will be my biggest priority!

Thank you so much Martine. Yes, we get a decent amount of trick or treaters. I hope the weather is nice, I love sitting out on the steps to hand candy out. I picked up a witches cauldron to use as a candy bowl this year

Morning all! Dull and raining here this morning, perfect weather to cuddle up, watch films and eat comfort food!

For anyone in the U.K. Who has Morrisons deliver their shopping (like me haha) they have opened up their xmas delivery slots! Mine is booked for the 23rd Dec!!
Hope the next few weeks go quick, I'm itching to get my decorations out!

My weekend has been uneventful so far. David has come down with something, fighting off a fever so we're staying in. Loki is as cute as ever. Hope you're having a great weekend eith your cousin. Did you wind up doing the corn maze and all those activities planned yesterday?

Ashley & I had a great time, thanks. We went to the pumpkin farm today before they headed home-It was rainy all day yesterday. But we still had a great time, we went out to lunch, antique shopping & bumming around downtown while the boys went out for sushi. Then we had a nice dinner out, played Taboo, and watched some scary movies.

I hear you about weekends going too fast...that's why I take as many 3 day weekends as possible during the year instead of taking long vacations.

Exactly, that's what I do too. I take most of mine during the 'Bers!

i watched north pole 1 and christmas in conway this weekend.it seems that my local cable tv company is preparing for christmas!!!!!!happy christmas everybody.....its not early i think....

Days to Halloween: 15 (Two weeks from tomorrow!)
Days to the Season: 28 (Four weeks from TODAY!)
Days to Christmas Day: 70 (Ten weeks from today!)
(That first number is getting dangerously close to SINGLE DIGITS, Guys!)

Well, after seeing boxes of Christmas decorations at Crabtree Valley Mall last Tuesday, I expected trimming would be in progress by yesterday when I was out there, but there has been no activity. Surely by next weekend, though, the mall will be fully decked out (with lots of Blossoms thread photo opportunities!)


A bit cooler yesterday but still pretty nice for October. Lots of sun and and it was dry.
Today should be another nice one with no precipitation predicted until late next week, and even then the chances are low.
Currently, we perceive 55 degrees here on our back door temperature recorder.

I hope you all had a great weekend. I don't know how it got to be Sunday night so soon!

It's been a productive day. I got the recording and audio editing done that I wanted to accomplish---yay! I'm on a tight schedule now with the countdown getting shorter each day, and the number of weekends getting smaller and smaller. Next weekend I have to get back to work on our YuleTube. Then some more audio work in the wings.
