Ugh sorry to hear it is such a battle.Good Tuesday afternoon, Christmas friends!
I spent the morning in court, supporting our niece who is in a custody fight with her ex for their kids. The judge ruled again in her favor, but it still takes time and money. Grrrr.
I'm sitting here at work now, listening to The Eagles, and trying to decide which project to start on first.

My friend has spent a small fortune taking her ex back to court with custody issues.

Thank you Holiday...My wife twisted my arm and offered me a glass of wine tonite since i am on holiday for the rest of the week...It didn't take much twisting i can tell you that lol...My plans are to chill out and watch christmas movies and a bowl of popcorn...Enjoy your evening when it comes Holiday

That is great news, Holiday~I agree!
I got home for lunch to no surprises. YAY Gracie! She also ate the rest of her food at lunch, so giving her probiotic was not a problem!
I did talk to the vet & they are getting some canned food ready for us to pick up so if she doesn't want to eat when it's medicine time, we can try to get her to eat some of that! I think that will work much better!

There you go!!I have been hungry for taco's since my friends mentioned that's what they were having last night. I have everything at home to make them except lettuce...but since I'm running to the vet after work anyway I think I'll stop at the store & pick some up. YUM

I am just using this kit tonight
It's actually quite good!
When I have more time and all of the ingredients, I like to make this recipe:
Taco Bake
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
8 ounces shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 (18 ounce) package corn tortilla chips (I USE FRITOS, SO GOOD
!!)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain fat. Add the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, water, sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, place a layer of tortilla chips. Cover with a layer of the meat mixture then a layer of cheese. Repeat this process until the last layer is cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
