oh my gosh snowing!!!It's snowing!!!
oh my gosh snowing!!!It's snowing!!!
At this time of year, my first question is: New stock or old stock??
The weather channel just said we could get up to an inch of accumulation. Okay, love snow, but not ready for that much yet!
I'm very sorry for your loss, thinking of your family tonight. Thanks for the thoughts & prayers! He was only 62 but he has had a lot of health problems over the years. Recently was diagnosed with lung cancer. This is my Moms sisters son & he is 1 of 14 kids - it will be a BIG funeral. His mom (my aunt) just turned 91 on Monday - bless her heart. Her mind is not the best - I don't think she realizes what is going on. Her driveway has been parked full of vehicles all week - big families are great! They are such a nice family. Feel sad for them.
Michael Bublé's Christmas album is amazing! I still won't listen to any Christmas music until November.I'm so jealous of those of you with chilly weather right now! It's still in the 80's here, ugh. And I can certainly relate about the mosquitos! One good thing is my garden is still going strong with tomatoes, jalapenos, and okra, haha!
So excited there's only 59 days till Christmas! My 3-year-old keeps asking for Michael Buble's Christmas album. We listen to it any time we want, but we have one rule: we can only listen to "It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas" starting the day after Thanksgiving! That way, the song always feels just right.![]()
What? Where are you situated? Hope it doesn't stick long. Not a fan of snow before Halloween. It's snowing!!!
Buble's Christmas CD is the only one I'll listen to before Thanksgiving. That tradition started when I was pregnant with my son. During the Christmas season, I was 5 months pregnant, and I really wanted my son to hear Christmas songs through my belly. I played a lot of Buble that year, and when Christmas was over, I didn't want to stop all Christmas music because I wanted my son to be born knowing and loving it! So I continued the Buble CD. After he was born, that CD was the only music that always calmed him when he was crying. So it turned into a year-round treat whenever we are in need of comfort or being festive.Michael Bublé's Christmas album is amazing! I still won't listen to any Christmas music until November.

Oh boy.
Evening Moonlily. Yes the cooler temps are here in SD. Currently 50 and cloudy. Great fall weather.I'm so jealous of those of you with chilly weather right.. now! It's still in the 80's here, ugh. Good Evening Brent. Must be nice helping all those young minds to grow. I can relate to the wind. Here in SD, with no mountains around, we get quite a bit too. Especially when the jet stream dips down from your neck of the woods.Good afternoon, everyone!
I am not at Russell today. Instead, I picked up a job at Carleton Place High School, which is about the same distance away as Russell, but in the other direction. The students here have been pretty awesome thus far. I have one more period, and I'm hoping they're good for that, too!
The weather has finally improved in Canada's Capital. For the past week or so, we have been having days of at least 30km/h winds. I can handle a lot of things (rain, snow, etc.), I just really don't like excessive wind.
Well, I don't think there is much happening on my end. I have to go to the gym tonight - I don't think that much else is going on, which should be nice of the second night in a row... It's a rare occasion.
It should be good to have not much happening tonight, actually. It will allow me to spend a bit of time at the 'Pines. I can't wait to see the costumes. I'm tempted to try Carl's pumpkin concoction, but I don't think I am brave enough to be the first to try! After all, it is the final 'Pines Day of October... And, afterwards, there are only two more between now and the beginning of our favourite Season!
See you tonight, everyone! Have a great Wednesday.

Time to get myself ready for day two of three for this week... take care.
