Going pretty well - will really kick into gear tonight. I need to get to the grocery & do some cleaning. Tomorrow evening will be a cooking night! Need to smoke potatoes for smoked twice baked potatoes, make a 7 layer salad, cube some cheeses for my cornucopia, and pick up tables & chairs from my Moms house. It will all fall in place - I hope! ;)
Do you have any plans to celebrate Thanksgiving with us? :D

I was hoping to get invited lol....Sounds like you have it all under control Holiday...Just breath then Breath a little more if that doesnt work just pop the cork of the wine lol...I will have a Turkey dinner on thursday so i can celebrate with you guys across the pond and i will raise my glass to all my MMC friends...-holidays-

Clean, clean, clean. Prep, prep, prep. Oh and its cold out there!! I feel like cooking my turkey today just to warm up the apartment. I just sprayed the oven down with cleaner though, so that's probably not a good idea. I hope everyone is having a good week!!!
 
Good Tuesday afternoon, Christmas friends!

We had a great long weekend in the mountains for Elizabeth's birthday! We also took her cousin who is also her best friend. Mom stayed home for our aunt's funeral, and Lulu stayed with her. Jacob is a little too cool to vacation with the 'rents now, so he stayed behind, too. The whole weekend I was looking for Lulu. She's always where we are! I sure was glad to see her when we got home...oh, and Jacob, too. LOL

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

I don't think I told you - that cracked black pepper turkey tenderloin. OH MY! Delicious!!!! The smell of it was nearly putting Gracie over the top. ;)

It is strange when our animals aren't with us. I look for Gracie when I walk in the door from dropping her off at the groomer. Ha ha!! I hope Lulu had a good time at Grandma's - I'm sure she did! :)

Hi Everyone .. Well over the weekend my youngest asked me a question I was soooo not ready for. He asked me is Santa was Real :eek: .. He is ten and the kids at school have been telling him Santa is not real. I asked him what he thought and he said Santa was real so we left it at that but I am sure it will come up again before Christmas. :(

On the bright side today is my last working day for this week. Tomorrow will be spent baking and prepping for Thanksgiving dinner, a family dinner Friday night and my dad's 75th birthday party Saturday. And in between all that is black Friday shopping and decorating. Looks like the coffee pot will be getting a workout the rest of the week.

In case I do not make it back on before Thursday .. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
 
Merry Tuesday!

Woke up with a migraine around midnight. Ruined the whole sleep thing for me. Not getting as much done as I would like, but at least feeling human again. :)

And the sun is shining! :D
