Someplace is actually open for coffee and donuts in your neck of the woods? WOW!!Merry Christmas MMC! How's everyone doing? I will tell you this that Christmas Eve evening is still the most special feeling night of the year. What a night it was but to get there it was a long day of a lot of work lol. Made me wonder a few times why I love Christmas Eve so much...and then when we got to the point of having our big meal, and opening presents with friends it made me remember very quickly. Anyway, now I hope everyone has a great Christmas Day! I'm up in my house but everyone else is sleeping. Going out to get the coffee and donuts before we open presents. Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Merry Christmas Auntie and a very fantastic post. May the truest joys of this day be with you and yours and carry far into 2017 and beyond.Greetings on this Merry Christmas Day! My wish for you this Christmas and throughout the coming year is that you never feel lonely, you're surrounded by friends, family (and strangers who have become friends like those at MMC) and that the New Year brings much joy, peace, success and happiness.
Thanks for your continued friendship, posts and caring ways that have made you all an extended family of choice.
Merry Christmas!![]()

Have a great day and a safe trip there and back. Nothing quite like family on Christmas Day...Merry Christmas All! I heard my kids get up at 5:30 and run downstairs but they went back up to bed and slept until 7:15. We are just lounging around and going to my MIL'S at 3:30. We are getting ready to watch Christmas vacation...one of my faves! Hope you all have a blessed day!
Sounds like a fun morning. My wife and daughter were up until after 4AM still wrapping presents, so I'm guessing it may be after dinner before we get to ours.Merry Christmas everyone!!!!
Henry slept in a bit, it was 7 when he came in to wake us up. I was already awake. We had a wonderful morning of present opening. Santa had left presents and filled the stockings. Of course he also left a bit of a mess coming out of the fireplace. He always does.
Henry received his #1 list item- Hatichimal!! Along with some other items from the list. Santa really does a nice job of following the list.Nathan got a nice pair of RayBan sunglasses and Green Arrow converse.
I hope you all had/have a glorious Christmas morning and day!!!
This is a wonderful community here and I am happy to be a part of it!

Amen to all that. I have been the same over the past few weeks. Some just busy days and some less-than-fortunate days took up a lot of time. But though I can feel a moment or two of frustration, I will not allow it to quench the true spirit of the Christmas season.Merry Christmas, friends!
I disappeared again for a couple weeks. Let's just say that I was non-stop during that time. I arrived home in Sault Ste. Marie on the evening of the 21st. The next day was spent visiting family and friends. On Friday, my dad and I headed down to Green Bay for yesterday's game. Let's just say that Green Bay was an absolute zoo on the 23rd. Last minute shoppers and travellers were everywhere!
Yesterday was excellent. The weather was above freezing, which is unprecedented for a Christmas Eve game at Lambeau Field. The game was perfect, too! It was great to see the Packers play live at Lambeau for the first time since 2014. As always, it was a magical experience. It was also great to spend it with my dad, who was attending his fifth game this season. After the game, my dad and I hopped in the car and drove 4 1/2 hours back to Sault Ste. Marie for Christmas.
I may be in my early 30s, and the gifts may not be plentiful, but Christmas still has that magical feeling. Traditions are appreciated and the sight of smiling faces never tires. Who knows when I will have my final Christmas with my family here, and begin another with Kim and our family in Ottawa. Until it happens, though, I will continue feeling grateful for everything I have.
Despite not being able to come on here as much as I wanted this month, I still held Christmas close in my heart and enjoyed all it had to offer. I hope you have had a wonderful Christmas Season, too.
Merry Christmas, friends!
Merry Christmas, my friends!! My eighth here at MMC, and looking forward to many more with all of you!
It's going to get close to 80°F here today, but that's ok. It's Christmas!!
I hope you all have a wonderful, blessed day!!

Merry Christmas Bradmac. The first of many for me (good Lord willing of course). Rain here in SD with Thunderstorms and 29 degrees. Interesting Christmas weather to say the least.
Enjoy the day...

Merry Christmas, friends!
Well we have temps in the 40s as highs today which is a little above average but after last Christmas that's about a 20 degree drop. I actually had a hard time running this morning cause the temp was right around freezing 32 degrees and the rain we got yesterday had turned to ice...a skating Christmas instead of a white one?Merry Christmas, my friends!! My eighth here at MMC, and looking forward to many more with all of you!

That made me smile, she looks so cute! I really don't know how you guys get her to keep something on her head long enough for a picture, no such luck with Loki.
