Greetings 'Tis. Halfway through the pot I brewed around 2AM. A day off for me. Well kinda, got some yard work to do and some posters to deliver for the local zoo. We are having a "Party For The Planet" day on the 22nd. So I will still be a little busy. Hope your week goes by extremely well...Morning all and a merry Monday. Another week has begun, with sun shining and a stack of meetings to go to. Ah joy. Coffee anyone?
Good morning CGYager. Great score on the laptop. Hope the weather cooperates today for your yard work and distributing all those posters for the activity at the zoo. Enjoy your day!A Merry Monday to the entire MMC community. Sorry I have been gone for awhile. My "stone age" laptop with Vista was informed that many of the browsers will not be able to support that format in the near future. So with the decision of up grading the old laptop (memory, speed, program etc) at a minimum of around $250 or getting a new one, I opted for the latter. I was looking and to be honest, trying to keep the price down, since beyond our home here, I don't really use one that much. Most were in the $450 and up range... "When what to my wandering eyes did appear, but a clearance desktop sitting so near."
It is an all-in-one (no tower) that was originally $800 and now down to $350 (with my discount $315). I was a bit skeptic, but bought it (last one) and then before unpacking it, checked it out on the internet. Most reviews were good. Apparently it simply does not have the extensive storage some newer ones do, but since I never even got to the 32G on my laptop, I think 500 should be more than enough for me...
Anyway, I have been going though the task of transferring all the "stuff" from the laptop to this one and it is very time consuming to say the least.
I trust everyone had a wonderful week and I will go through all of the older posts (since Tuesday) later on today. Weather has been great and the yard & rake are calling.

Morning Martine. I'm sure I'll get use to this Windows 10 eventually, I'm just so use to Vista. I pray things are well with you and yours and have a fun Monday...Good morning CGYager. Great score on the laptop. Hope the weather cooperates today for your yard work and distributing all those posters for the activity at the zoo. Enjoy your day!
Hi there Martine. Even though we are beginning at 37, the high for today is suppose to be in the upper 60's, so no complaints about the weather. Got some stuff to handle today, but the rest of the week looks good.Good Monday morning! It will be a Summer-like day here today, before going back to more normal temperatures for the rest of the week. I have to make a poster for an Easter Monday lunch the social committee at work is preparing. I hope the sun will be out by the time I take Loki out for his morning walk, so I can enjoy it a bit, as I'm working the afternoon/evening shift. Hope everyone will have a great day!
Well, from one veteran to another, Good Morning!Hey hey all. Rare visit from a real veteran. Hope everyone is well. Peace and joy. Yabba!
Morning Edge. And a Happy Easter week to you. Not sure exactly where I will be going for Easter Services this year on my journey, but I will most assuredly celebrate Resurrection Sunday. I'm glad you have the chance to get to the park with Rollins. I use to take my three large dogs (all have since passed), but I often felt like Hercules holding back the pillar walls as many times they all wanted to go in different directions.Morning MMC! Happy Easter Week! Definitely exciting that Easter is coming. It just means we are further into spring and that's a good thing. I'm not closed on Good Friday but this year I decided to take it off to make a 3 day weekend for Easter. I actually got to sleep 8 hours both Friday and Saturday nights. Not sure the last time I did that. It felt real good. Took Rollins to the park yesterday. It amazes me he was more well-behaved on the car ride and going by all these strangers (who complimented him, called him cutie etc.) and other dogs who came up to us to say Hi then he is at home lol. I don't get it! But he had fun and I think we'll be spending a lot of time there this spring/summer/fall. Hope everyone has a great Monday!
Good morning you crazy Canadian you. Always nice to toss the sweaters and coats aside. Have not worn one these past few weeks (even at night). Have a prosperous day on the job, but even better days off (whenever they may be)...good morning MMC !!
going to be a very nice day, will not even have to bring my jacket today....
Getting ready for work, i have the early shift today.
Hope you all have a fantastic day !!!
A Merry Monday HMG. I have someone coming today as well, but they are visiting to add something to the cable TV/Network for improved reception. Errands as well, plus a bit of yard work. I need to finish the lawn before putting down the Spring fertilizer w/halts. Doing great here and hope you can say the same...Good morning ~
Happy Monday!
It's going to be another beautiful day, sunny and even warmer than yesterday, highs near 70. I have someone scheduled to clean the oil burner today. Hopefully they'll come sooner than later, I would like to run a few errands afterward. Other than that I will be working on my daily chores. Going over my Easter lists as well, less than a week to go now. I guess that's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!
Greetings Crown and I hope your Easter week will be filled with warm temps and those moments that warm the heart even more. Thanks for the continued updates...Good Morning, Christmas Chasers and Season Supporters!
