Happy Monday MMC! Well it's happier when you took the day off like I did but anyway just going to IHOP today. Other than that, trying to get my exercising in before the hottest time of the day. It's going to be a scorcher here. The forecast high temperature today is 95 degrees with sunshine. It seems like we were just complaining how rainy and cool it was all spring. Things change so fast. I did not know about the complexities of the government until I was watching the results on the CNN network. I truly hope it all gets settled down for all the people of the UK.

Lately it has been work, come home and get a little bit of yard work done (before the heat sets in), get some sleep and then repeat. Elizabeth had a blast at her leadership conference this weekend. She talked about it all the way home, and up until bedtime LOL. I'm glad her weekend went well for her!
I finally got the pool cleaned up and ready for summer fun, and I cut the grass again, so my outdoor area looks pretty good. I fired up the smoker Saturday with some chicken leg quarters and a beef chuck roast. Wow, that's good stuff!

Morning Edge. I can relate to the temps. When May was ending, thew long range forecast called for upper 70's the first couple weeks of June. So much for good guessing. We have been into the 90's for the past week. This one will drop into the mid to upper 80's, but any relief is good news.
Keep cool. I will go do the mowing when it gets a little later in the morning...
