Happy Friday Eve! We are definitely in a heat wave. My oldest daughter had a soccer game last night and I was so hot just sitting there watching her. I know they were dying out there!! Should be a pretty quiet day...just work. Hope you all have a great day!

And the figures inform us that, as of the day after tomorrow, we will be down to just TWO WEEKS to our next Milestone marker, the 100-DAY SEASON WINDOW.
And immediately after that, we will commence a DOUBLE-DIGIT count to Christmas Season 2017.

The heat and humidity are staging a comeback here in the capital city.
Triple digit heat index readings are predicted for the next several days, with actual air temps in the mid to upper 90's.
(Yep. It's still summer, Guys.)
Right now, we are commencing this eve of Weekend Eve at 76 muggy degrees.

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be another hot one here today with temps in the 90's and heat index's in the 100's. I think I'm going to melt before the cool down gets here!! LOL!!! I have to babysit again today while my sister works registration at the school. Emily has been having some real bad dizzy spells again so it should be interesting. Ella will be a handful to I'm sure. Crazy dog. I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!!

Good morning MMC !

Hi I've been missing in action for too long and miss you guys very much. Been having a rough time, my arm is reinjured again been off work for over a month now. I figured I'd been sitting around feeling sorry for myself long enough. I need to get back to my happy place and this is it.
My computer is not working well, but then I couldn't use it because I can't type. So finally managed to get on here through my phone which is great because I can sit and talk to it and it types what I say. Most of the time LOL.

I pray you are all well and will spend some time trying to catch up a bit.

Count your blessings! Ours is set at 71 also - it just can't keep up right now! Hopefully I'll hear from the repair peeps this afternoon!

Ok, this may sound crazy but my friend is an Herbologist. She has a store in a neighboring town where she sells natural herbs/oils she does reflexology, muscle testing/massage, etc, etc, etc. She asked me this morning to send her a picture of Gracie. This is the response I got from her:

"Yes, Gracie is lacking enough hydrochloric acid, which helps break down protein, her spine is out & is pinching the spinal cord, the kidney is toxic...from chemicals...did she get her shots at birth?"

All this from a picture! WOW!

Jim also spoke with a vet in a neighboring town who does herbal therapy/acupuncture/chiropractic on animals. I may try to get her in there. If nothing else maybe he can get her spine back in place! Poor Gracie!

We did make an appointment with the chiro/acupuncture animal clinic. Jim called our vet to make sure it was all kosher - of course she is out today, but will call back tomorrow. Hopefully between the 2 vets they can get her straightened out!! xx She goes Aug. 3rd.

I believe I will watch some Christmas movies today.

Henry has an art show this evening for the art camp he has been going to all week. I hope the weather holds off, we are expecting pop up storms.

We had some rain around 1:00 - it rained HARD, but not for long! Hope it holds off for art camp!!
