(But let me warn you in advance, it's big. And it's only NINE days away!!)


Once again, it was rather warm here yesterday, but not TOO warm.
The humidity was present but manageable.
Today? Well, it should be a tad cooler. The humidity readings are not supposed to get uncomfortabel again until Monday.
Currenty, we are at 74 degrees here in the capital city.

Morning MMC! As Coach mentioned, a major day for us today. I look forward extra today to Crown's post about it. It's amazing to think where we are. I have asked myself many times the last week "How the heck is it AUGUST"? I enjoyed my 2/3 day off from work yesterday and got some things done that I normally do Saturday. Hopefully makes for a less hectic one. This afternoon should clear and we should have lowering humidity with some sun after some rain over night. Have a great start to your weekend!

Unbelievable news, Crown! Happy Milestone Day to our fearless leader, and to each of us gathered here! We are sailing right along. As I find myself saying every year, time to soak it in and enjoy the journey!!

I think viewing it as a journey means that feeling of twinkle lights helps me keep the Christmas Spirit in my heart all year! Certainly our MMC crew helps with that as well! It's wonderful to share and celebrate all along the way to the good stuff. :)

I think also the fact that everyone pretty much agrees that time goes so fast now these years it never really feels that far away anymore (even when its 300+ days away).
 
Good morning MMC ~
Merry Sunday!
It's going to be a beautiful day, mostly sunny with highs near 80 degrees. I was up early today, we are going to attend a birthday brunch for my husbands Aunt. It's her 95th birthday, God bless her. I already tidied up the house and started laundry. I also have a pot of sauce simmering on the stove, I'm going to make lasagna for dinner.
I hope everyone is well and has a beautiful day!

Morning! It really cooled off here overnight into the 50s. A real early Autumn feel out there. Should be a nice warm day later with highs in the high 70s with sunshine and low humidity. Wish we could bottle up this weather but Monday is supposed to be a rainy day. Just having dinner at my Uncle's tonight. Hope you all are having a great weekend!
