Christmas Countdown - 2017

Morning MMC! Happy Tuesday. I had a crazy busy Monday at work so the day went so fast even though I worked overtime. Today we expect a high in the upper 70s with a chance of a few showers and a thunderstorm. Hopefully won't rain too much as I have been bringing Rollins every day after work to the park. By the way, I have to show you what he did when I got his new harness on him. I put him in the car and he went to sit in the back by himself quietly (too quiet). 5 minutes later when we arrived he showed me what he thought of his new harness and how he could outsmart me taking it off himself.

Happy Tuesday morning to you Holiday. I can relate to our pups with a case of diarrhea. Seems like every time our multipoo chows down on something different, it hits him. Have a nice day and a fantastic remainder of the week...

Good morning ~
Merry Tuesday!
It's going to be mostly cloudy today with scattered showers and a high of 77 degrees. I have to do some food shopping this morning, hopefully the rain won't be too bad. Not too much else planned, other than that I will be working on some chores around the house. I would like to take a ride to my parents house at some point as well. They just got back from their place in Pennsylvania and I'd like to catch up with them. That's about it. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Happy Tuesday my friends! I am catching up on all the posts. We got back from Mexico last Thursday and had a great time. Today is my first day back to work so I am catching up on emails, etc..Hope you all have a great day and I am looking forward to the Bers!

I hope so too. Please don't talk about carpet cleaning. Seems like every time I do mine either the dogs, the birds or someone else messes it up again. I'm tempted at times to just rip it all up and go with linoleum all through the house...

I can relate to that! My brother & sister both ripped all the carpet out of their houses & went with all wood look - they love it.

No major plans for this evening. He'll probably work late, Gracie has her appointment which takes about 1 1/2 hours. Today is also our good friends wedding anniversary so we are going out to eat with them tomorrow night to celebrate!

We don't really do gifts, unless there is something I know of he is wanting. He bought himself radio ear phones for his birthday so he can listen to music while mowing lawn. I'll make his favorite cake for the lake this weekend - Spice cake with penuche icing.

Well a very nice Tuesday morning to each and everyone. Well, I find myself a bit on the tired side today. Connie and I got about six feet of our middle back tree trimmed down and then of course there is cutting it apart as well. I also did some trimming and cutting on the pine stump in the back to get rid of some roots. I may set up my fire pit over the stump to rid myself of the extra branches and see if it can "burn out" a portion of the stump as well. Maybe even cook out over it. Been a long time since I grilled over actual wood.
The new grass I planted in part of the yard is springing up nicely and that means time to get to another portion of the lawn for repairs. I do it a part at a time to make sure everything takes before pressing on. The new work week begins tonight, so I'll get out for a bit this morning and then call it a night around1PM to get my much needed rest for a long "annual inventory" evening.

Good Tuesday morning! It was pouring hard this morning but now it's clearing up somewhat. It'll be that kind of a day. I'm working the afternoon/evening shift so I'm taking care of some house chores this morning and made supper to go. To be honest, wish I had another day off, I didn't sleep well last night and I am so tired. Had weird Twin Peaks-esque dreams which made for a restless sleep. Hope everyone will enjoy a great day!
