FYI - IF you're interested in trying a turkey breast here is the recipe I use...
The only thing I do different is I don't use a whole stick of butter (and what I do use is "light butter") And when he says to add another stick of butter - I just fill it with chicken broth instead. I'm thinking you could use all chicken broth & skip the butter all together? But it is Mmmmm, Mmmm!!
