Good Thursday morning! Finally the high humidity broke overnight. I'll have to go in to work early to try and get the employees' schedule finished before I train new hires tonight. We're aiming to get up to 135-140 employees before the end of October (we're at 117 right now), so lots more hiring to come. Rightnow I'm just relaxing watching the morning news, with Loki cuddled up next to me and a nice cool breeze coming in. Have a great day everyone!

In other news, "Christmas Blossoms 2017" made its debut yesterday. Be sure to check it out because there are lots of photos in it already.
But be warned before you look, though. It just might get you into the Christmas spirit earlier than you had planned!


One last, final day of summer weather is predicted for today before cooler temps and lower humidity arrive for tomorrow and the weekend.
This day-before-Weekend Eve has commenced here in mid-Carolina at 69 degrees.

Happy Friday Eve!! It has definitely cooled down, which is nice. Not too much going on today just working and hoping to get a workout. My SIL and BIL are coming over for dinner. My BIL is going to fix something on my husband's car. Hope you all have a great day! Enjoy those cooler temps!

Fall is back in the building after a week of heat miser trying to make a return. For some reason I always picture the two misers fighting during the spring/summer summer/fall change overs. Good morning MMC! Merry Friday Eve! Not much going on today except work. I've got some laundry to do at lunch. Our house guest Jackson arrived last night. He's such a good boy! Hopefully he will teach Lucy GOOD things!!
This morning I brewed myself a big ol cup of coffee - then realized I forgot to put the K cup in! LOL! Hot sugar water! I hope that's not a sign of how this whole day is going to go!
Tonight I'm staying at the lake. A couple friends took the day off tomorrow so they are coming to the lake tonight. I love waking up at the lake! I'll still have to come to work tomorrow, but it's not far!

By the way - it's 51º outside this morning! I get to work & every window was open. It was 63º in the office with a breeze blowing through!

I shut the windows for now & turned my heater on a bit. LOL! Hello cold front!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the 90 percent milestone ... wow.
In January, it seems impossible that it will roll around as fast as it does. Somehow it does and doesn't feel like we're that close already!

Yeah, it's going to be cold too. Luckily they have some heaters.

It looks like it had an oil fired boiler with radiators for heat. The oil tank is still in the basement but the rest has been ripped out.

Sounds like they have a plan!

I ALMOST did that the other afternoon ... started to pour boiling water over a packet of sweetener ... forgot the teabag! Well, that's how crazy and hectic work has been, it has me a bit addled.

But today I get to leave a bit early, 'cause we're going to see the Red Sox at Fenway tonight. I'm sure I'll pay for it on Friday, when we're rushing through a huge volume of work and I've had insufficient sleep! But it looks like it's going to be fine weather for baseball this evening.

(((Hugs))) I understand how you must feel. It is indeed a tough thing seeing your parent like that. I pray for her good days to outnumber those bad ones.

Morning! Hope everyone is well. We continue with the warm temps even though we had a lot of rain over night. It has cleared up now though. Took the kittens to the vet yesterday. They relapsed into their cold even with antibiotics. SO they are on a second course of treatment now. Hoping this gets rid of it and it is not cat flu. They need to be better so they can get their vaccines.

Well off to continue with todays jobs and chores. Have a great day all.

Morning MMC! It's going to be beautiful today sunny and a high of 74. Humidity is dropping as we speak. Looks like a cool weekend and then a warm-up next week. It seems like in Fall it takes longer to cool off than it used to and spring it takes longer to warm up than it used to. Weird but I definitely notice that the last many years. 8 weeks from today is Thanksgiving. Let that sink in. But I just wanna say that Blossoms thread is great just another sign of the season to come. But I'm looking at something a little closer right now...the weekend. Have a great day!

Happy Thursday!
It's going to be mostly sunny today with highs near 77 degrees. Not too much going on, just errands, chores and lunch with mom. We may stop at Barnes & Noble as well, I want to pick up a wedding planner book for my daughter. She's been so busy with her new job, I'm sure the book will help her feel organized. That's about it for me.
