Morning MMC! Rollins woke me up about 5 times just tossing and turning to sleep but somehow I kept falling back to sleep ok. It got really cold out overnight. Looks like it will stay that way into early next week before it warms up some. We are supposed to get about an inch of snow tonight. Not much but should make everything look like Christmas tomorrow. Today I just have a regular work day and then some laundry to do. Still enjoying all the Christmas lights out there including my own tree. Looking forward to the NFL playoffs starting this weekend too. See January ain't all bad! Have a great day!

Thank you everyone for all the prayers for Mike's family. They kind of have an idea of what happened, but now the news has gotten ahold of it either by release of investigators or scouring local funeral home websites just looking for a story. I wish people would let them grieve and leave them alone and not show up at their house looking for comments from the family.
We are all still so very heart broken. Yesterday Carolina told me that she was lonely in heaven but I told her that her cousins heart was full of all the love everyone has for her and that she's never alone.

I hope people stop showing up and let them grieve in private. My prayers continue to flow for all of you.

Good Thursday morning, Christmas friends!

It's bright an sunny outside, and a lot cooler. It was in the low 30's when I left for work. That a big change from 60's yesterday morning. I like it!

I've been running full steam ahead here at work, and I'm no closer to being caught up. I need to stay on top of the pile on my desk.

Good Thursday morning! Day off today but many things to do. For one thing, Loki has his annual vet exam and shots today. Poor little thing trembles when he's at the vet. It's gotten very cold overnight and will get even colder in the next few days. I'm sitting here tracking a Fedex package. It's our inventory equipment for our annual inventory on SUNDAY. Can't believe that the company in New York waited until yesterday 2pm to ship it. Let's just say we're all VERY concerned at work. I'll keep my mind occupied with running errands and taking down te tree and chores, etc. Hope everyone will have a great day!

Good Morning, Everyone.

Here is a fact you just might not believe. But it's true. I swear it by the Milestone chart.
We are almost down to SINGLE DIGITS to our first Milestone marker of the new year!
Details to follow after the daily data presentation.

Days to the Season: 312
Days to Christmas Day: 354

And that first number tells us that we are in fact, a mere 12 days away from the 300 day Season Window and the start of a 200's level Season count sequence.
(Shockingly close to single digits indeed!)


Well, the weather continues to be our top local story, as the threat of snow continues to build. The first flakes are now predicted to begin falling as early as late tomorrow afternoon.
Accumulation amounts? Still to be determined. Our local weather folks continue to say it won't be a major event, but I can sense their confidence just starting to waver. We shall see.
This morning has commenced here at 34 chilly but sunny and calm degrees, with no hint of the snow to come.

Good morning, Happy Thursday! It's pretty chilly out there this morning. We're expecting a few inches of snow later this evening in to tomorrow morning. Not too much going on here today. Still cleaning the house, trying to get everything back in order. Looks bare with most of my Christmas decorations down. I have some Valentines Day decor I'm going to put out since it's right around the corner. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

We've got just under an inch and its still coming down. Lightly though. So I'm not sure we will see that 2 to 3 they were talking about this morning.

You could have sent a little more this way to spare yourself some shoveling!

Good Afternoon .. I am on my lunch break so I wanted to stop in before my lunch is over ... Well are expecting our first measurable snowfall of the season tonight, it's only suppose to be an inch or 2. I love when it the snow is falling .. so peaceful. It should be interesting to see how our big puppy will react to it
