Beautiful!
You are in my thoughts, MC.Christmas followed me a couple times today. I worked from home this morning because of snowy roads and because I had a midday medical appointment, so I turned on the TV while I monitored my office email. There was a broadcast of the old "I've Got a Secret" show from the 1950s, and it was a Christmas Eve show! Then on the way to my appointment I saw a fully decorated Christmas tree outside of a storefront business, all covered with red ribbon bows!
Unfortunately, the results of my appointment require yet another diagnostic appointment, so now I'm getting nervous. I won't give any details just now, but please send up a little prayer if you can spare a few moments. It means a lot to have some MMC prayers working for me. Thanks!
Just a quick Hello this morning!! Merry Pines Day! Got to work late after an early morning trip to Amishville to pick up Emma. It was a nice morning drive. I had a passenger too...

(She turned her face just as I was going to take the pic...) Anyway, she loved the trip. Loved barking at the horse & buggies. LOL! She goes to the groomer at lunch. Busy day for Gracie!
It's also Moms 88th Birthday today. Emma & I stopped & picked up an ice cream cake for her. Hopefully she has a great day!!
Everyone, have a great day.
Hello Christmas friends...Not the best of days here in my household...My oldest daughter is not doing very well right now...Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers...I am struggling to keep it together here..Thank you!

Good Morning, MMC!! Happy February!!! It's amazing how fast January flew by. Not much going on here. I'm still babysitting my niece who is home with a sinus infection. Getting her to take her meds is definitely a battle of wills. You think she would have learned how stubborn I could be by now. I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!
Brad- Hope Elizabeth feels better soon!!
Good evening and Happy Febs!
An eventful day here, I didn't get any of the undecorating done, I got a call to pick my son from school due to a low grade fever. He didn't want to come home, and went into full on anxiety/panic attack. It took 40 to get him into the car, and another hour to get him out of the car when we got home. Then tying up loose ends for the Disney trip and other things I was on the phone for another 2 hours. Add in regular chores and other things the day was lost.
Back to work in the AM.
I hope you all had a great day.
Goodnight, everyone
I hope everything works out the best for you Merry.Christmas followed me a couple times today. Fastest January that I can ever remember...and February is the shortest as you said so we are definitely making a little dent in the Christmas Season Countdown already!Congrats to everyone for making it through January! Now we get a short 4 week month here in February to help give us a nice early catapult into the countdown. I'm looking forward to that 1/4 marker! Hope everyone is having a nice evening.
Thanks Crown! Happy Groundhogs Day!Good Morning, Friends!
Well, here we are once again. Checking on those numbers. Getting slowly more and more excited by the day.
And so it goes.
Days to the Season: 284
Days to Christmas Day: 326
TEN more days left now until we complete the entire first quarter of the journey back to our grand, glorious and ever-coveted Christmas Season.
(And, of course, that would mean SINGLE DIGITS from tomorrow, right?)
Right!!
Another wonderful day was had here yesterday to complete our transition into February. It should be a tad cooler today but still very nice. Tomorrow is when the chilly weather returns, but nothing intolerable.
Right now, our back door thermometer records 42 degrees here in our little sector of the great MMC Nation and the sky is a little overcast.
Have a Thrilling Thursday, Everyone.
And bear in mind that tomorrow is Weekend Eve once again!
Thxs again Crown. I found some smaller Christmas stickers that I used to mark my Christmas calendar with now for the "milestone" days.Good Morning, Friends!

A callback from the doctor from the doctor can be scary. I'm sending up a BIG prayer for you right now!Christmas followed me a couple times today. Bless all of them.Good Wednesday evening! Currently waiting for homemade oven fries to be done, it smells really good in here. This has been a day where many of my employees learned some bad news about loved ones, unfortunately. From a brother on his last days, to a grandfather hospitalized after suffering a cardiac arrest, a mother abroad rushed to the hospital after suffering cardiac problems and another employee making arrangements to go back to her country because of her mother battling two types of cancer. It's been a rough day for them, I'm keeping them in my thoughts. Hug someone you love tonight, that's all I can say.
Anxiety in children is hard on everyone in the family. I'll be including your son and your whole family in my prayers.Good evening and Happy Febs!
