Well, things improved a bit in the weather department here yesterday after a rather chilly start. There was plenty of sun and less wind than Wednesday.
Today should be warmer yet, and we just might crack the 60 degree mark.
Things have again started off on the cold side this morning, at 27 degrees here in the capital city, as we await the promised warm-up.

I have a day off but I'll be going into work briefly to help set up the display for our contest. Then it'll be the usual errands and chores. Have a great day everyone!

Happy St. Patrick's Day MMC! Every holiday we hit is another holiday closer to you know what...I am off today and Rollins turns 1 today so Happy Birthday to him and to many, many, many more. I'm going to IHOP for lunch in a little bit and then back home to give Rollins his presents. Other than that I'm trying to do some errands today so it's less to do on the weekend. That's why I love that 3rd day off it really makes a difference in giving you time for the weekend. Hope you all have a great Friday and weekend ahead!

Quick run into town early today and all I could see was mountains of snow piled up everywhere. People walking or jogging in the streets because the sidewalks are still covered. Crazy weather...

The meds seem to be kicking in as she seems to be coughing a bit less but she was up and down all night coughing. Not too much planned this weekend. They are saying we may get some more snow only a few inches we'll see!!

Nothing like that first little pinch to let you know the day has finally arrived. Just be sure if you feed him anything green today, it is the natural color and not something from the rear of the fridge...

It's SNOWING!! Like HUGE BIG BEAUTIFUL SNOW GLOBE FLAKES!! I LOVE IT!!!

I am so tired today. But this is my own fault! LOL! We had such a nice time last night! Emma just couldn't say enough good things about our friends. She is so observant. She had them all pegged to a T by the time I brought her & Mom home. She said " they all made me feel so at home & comfortable. They are all so laid back & fun. There isn't one of them - boys or girls - who have a 'sharp shoulder'" (I had never heard that phrase before... LOL) They must have put on a good act for Emma! Ha ha ha!!! Our house was so noisy...it was great! I couldn't sleep last night b/c I was just so happy & overwhelmed with the happiness that filled our home! It was just great! I'm so glad we did that! One of my high school friends ended up stopping in too - just in time for dessert. It was fun to see her too. Gracie was in heaven...
