Greetings Missiechick. I can imagine the humidity up there must be intense at times as well. We got a downpour that lasted a few hours yesterday, so I don't think we hit the 88 it was forecast to be. We needed the rain. But out last week was much like what you are going through yesterday. Keep cool and have a fun last week of Spring...Yes!! A high of 92 in Wisconsin today. Got to get everything done early and hunker down inside afterward.
Hi there DoubleA. We had our heat wave last week. It will still be in the mid to upper 80's this week, but it sure beats the upper 90's. Keep safe, keep cool and watch a Christmas movie with lots of snow...
Hang in there Martine. I read posts like yours from time to time and am thankful that I am no longer a supervisor. I did it for so many years in the military, including answering for others mistakes. On the outside world (especially at Wal-Mart) it seemed more like a babysitting job than supervision. Have a great week and with (hopefully) no more wasted hours...

People say that there shouldn't be any mountain lions in Georgia, but I saw one while I was deer hunting when I was a teenager. It was almost dark when it stepped into the field, looking up in my direction, and screamed at me. Luckily, dad pulled into the field to pick me up about that time, and it ran away. I was scared to death! We heard another one a few years ago not far from mom's house.
