Good morning MMC. The morning has gone by well. Bible study was great, got the newly planted grass area leveled a bit more (makes it easier to mow when the grass sprouts), watered it and got a few more pavers in what may become the fire pit area of the backyard. Every little bit helps. Now to get a few other little item,s taken care of and then down for a few hours prior to this evening's first shift.

I never told you, my sis & BIL are in SD right now, visiting my niece & her fiancé. Sounds like they are having a great time!

Good morning MMC!! Merry Tuesday!

Not much going on today. Just work. I have a "Forgotten roast" in the crock pot for supper. Need to decide if I'm going to make pot roast or beef & noodles. HUGE decision. Ha ha!

I got a couple fall decs up last night, but I haven't hauled the boxes down from the attic yet. Maybe tonight.

HA! Thanks for the vote! I think I'll do pot roast tonight but save some of the beef back for beef & noodles tomorrow night. When Emma made them the other week using this recipe, they were so, so good! My hubby is a beef 'n noodles fan.

Lol..my leftover pot roast gets turned into a sandwich spread. Beef, sweet relish and mayo. For years every time I ate beef n noodles I always got a migraine after dinner. NOW if it was stroganoff...woot!!!

Morning everyone!! Just watched a vid my friend sent me that I grew up with. He and his much better half were out all weekend touring our old haunts from our youth. Well he finally got himself a drone and he sent me a video of the drone over the now defunct North Wilkesboro (Wilks-bur-ughh) Speedway. He managed to land the drone in the very seats we had for the last race there. They are heading to Rockingham this weekend to attempt the same feat.So many great races we watched from these defunct tracks.

Lol..my leftover pot roast gets turned into a sandwich spread. Beef, sweet relish and mayo. For years every time I ate beef n noodles I always got a migraine after dinner. NOW if it was stroganoff...woot!!!

You sound like my hubby - he will turn (almost) anything leftover into a sandwich! LOL!
"Funny" that beef & noodles give you a migraine...but not stroganoff or pot roast!

the remaining parts of IRMA now running around here in TN. Pretty blustery and watching it all from my office window here at work, and dreading have to drive in it when i get off at 1 am

I'm in SouthEast Tennessee. It was windy, rainy, & cold all day yesterday. I was freezing at work & turned on the heater in the car after work. Today is still dark & cool, but no rain. It's supposed to be sunny and 80 degrees again by Saturday!

Lol...you know that was some ancient recipe my Grandma had. Of course hers usually used venison leftovers. Our farm would be ate up if we didnt cull deer years ago. Those fields used to have 100 deer in em a night..now you are lucky to see 4. If we shot 20 a night it never made a dent in the population..lol.
Tell him to hit the food processor with roast, then you gotta add sweat relish and blend..salt,pepper and mayo. It should be like a tuna fish.
