Thanks! And no never really had many physical issues (luckily till now). Today I don't really feel any chest pain...its mostly my spine that feels sore/achy. Who knows what I did.

Sorry I've been absent for a few days. The time change has ruined my sleep schedule, and work has gotten crazy. Our upper management has accepted an order for hundreds of poles to be delivered to Puerto Rico. The deliveries have to start next week, and finish by the end of the year. It's a great money opportunity, but we're working the plant to the extremes trying to get it done in time.
And Nancy starts a new part-time job this morning. She's very excited, since the business owner wanted an accountant he could trust and was willing to pay very generously. It's only a couple hours a day, so it won't interfere with anything else she does. Good for her...and us!
Anyway, it's supposed to be 85°F today, but only 60° by Thursday. Crazy!

Wow snow!
Snow is magical anytime but even more so this time of year.
I do remember my first snow. I remember how quiet it suddenly went just as it began to fall. I remember the cold flakes as they fell on my cheeks and into my eyes as I looked toward the sky. How it clung to my eye lashes and hair and how I went from silent awe to a sudden burst of laughter and screams 'It's snowing, it's snowing!'

My first was in Los Angeles, California, where it is not suppose to snow. With the town ill equipped to handle it, the area where I lived totally shut down (including the schools... lol). It was overwhelming and more magical than I could have imagined. It only lasted on the ground for a day, but has lived on in my heart and mind for over 50 years. I can close my eyes even now and still see it...Wow snow!

So Thanksgiving with my in-laws is for lunch at noon on Thanksgiving Day! Bad news = that's the end of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade when Santa comes!!!! Good news = they only live about 5 minutes from us! I might be just a few minutes late! (they don't watch the parade....EVER!) Lunch is usually not ready exactly at noon anyway! I'll put a bug in my MIL's ear that I will be there at 12:05...Ha ha!! I hate missing the end of the parade! Such a fun tradition!
We have a family meeting at our house tomorrow night, so I'm sure at some point we'll discuss what our Thanksgiving plans will be, if any! Can't imagine not having Thanksgiving with my family, but we have to do our best to keep mama healthy! xx

Wow. We're really heading into the Christmas Season. It's practically here. For once, our forecast doesn't include rain. Plenty of sunshine is ahead... sunshine, yet chilly (seasonal) temperatures. Highs are to reach barely above freezing at 5c/38f. Brrr!
There wasn't much Christmas-oriented things yesterday. I did, however, receive a new Christmas vinyl. We usually try to purchase at least one per year. This year, it was the new Gwen Stefani album. I listened to a few of the mp3s before purchasing and really enjoyed them! And now, we just have to wait until we start putting up the Tree to put it on the record player... IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!
After school today, I have to do a running workout, then I have dodgeball at 9pm. After dodgeball, I will have bed time. I'm excited for that!
