We have that sort of heat ... it does pretty well, but I think you have to bleed the little valves in the baseboard units once a year or so. And there's usually a "warm end" and "cool end" of the house: the warm end is where the water loop starts, and the cool end is where it ends. Takes longer for the water to circulate to the end of the loop. And you may hear gurgling and maybe a little knocking as the water starts to circulate. Anyway, that's been our experience.Good morning and Happy Rudolph’s Day. It was a tad chilly in the house this morning, so for the first time, I turned the furnace on to warm it up. This is the first home I’ve owned that has baseboard hot water heat. So I’ll see how it does.
