Hope everyone is doing well. Our Thanksgiving was low-key and relaxing yesterday; just the way I like it. I found a deal on-line that started at 6pm last night that I really wanted. Of course, at 6 pm their website crashed due to heavy traffic. So, against our better judgement, we went to the mall at 7 last night to buy what I wanted in-store, only to discover they had none! Typical Black Friday experience for me! We went back home and did some on-line shopping. This morning we got our live tree and will spend some time decorating it and then head to visit my parents. Then Sunday is our anniversary so we will be in celebration mode again! I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful weekend! Oh yeah, and there just happens to be a HUGE important (at least to me!) football game on Saturday. GO BUCKS!!

Good afternoon! Just eating some leftovers from yesterday and watching a Christmas movie I TiVo’d, then gotta get ready for work - I work at 7 and work the next four nights.

Evening MMC! Hope everyone is doing good tonight. Still working on leftovers here which seem to get better with every trip to the fridge.
I started my day nice and early but not for Black Friday shopping. We had the whole house and tree decorated just after lunch. Now we just have to do the outside decorations. It wasn't cold enough for my dad today so maybe 1 day this week it will be colder. I had a successful trip to the outlets, but they were still mobbed at dinner time.
Tomorrow we have a going away party for Mikes cousin who goes to boot camp for the Coast Guard Tuesday. I am going in to work for a few hours at night to help get caught up from a busy week. Then it will be home for bed to get up for work on Sunday am. Such a busy weekend amd we usually have nothing to do

"It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas"; we have so much snow here and homes are beginning to decorate outside.
Got some errands to run this morning and then working on my cards for the MMC exchange; wrapping up items to send off to my 2 exchange partners. It's going to be a merry sort of busy day.
Going to see my dad tomorrow; we have to get a gift for a cousin that is getting married in Niagara in two weeks. I decided not to attend as my husband isn't up to it and would rather I not go on my own.
O'Malley cat is suddenly starting to play with his spinning ball toy every now and then. Odd that he only plays with his toy when it gets closer to Christmas and then he ignores it. Wonder if he associates all the parcels and cards with something for him. He was really excited when he saw my HOHOHO bubble wrap; I'm not letting him play with it.
Have to take my car to my mechanic later tomorrow to check on the windshield wiper fluid reservoir; think it's frozen.
Hope all our American merry makers had a wonderful Thanksgiving and if anyone braved the crowds for Black Friday deals that it was well worth it.

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend MMC! And 1 month to go till Christmas Eve! How about that? I hope you are all enjoying this holiday week. I got a bunch of gifts yesterday. Black Friday shopping was once again not very busy here. I think the cold and the internet are the reason. People are shopping online more. I did buy some more online. Today I plan on trying to get a few more gifts and get everything done before tonight where we expect a washout all night. Have a great Saturday!

We went out for dinner last night to celebrate my oldest daughters 25th birthday and we had so much fun. I can’t believe I have a 25 year old that will be getting married in six weeks. I feel old!
I don’t have too much going on here this morning, I’m going to do some food shopping and work on the laundry. The girls and I are going shopping later this afternoon, we all need shoes for the wedding. We have dress alteration appointments coming up and we obviously need to find shoes before that. Thats about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!
