Happy Pines Day!!
We are having some snow and then turnover to ice/sleet and then all rain later.
I got my brother this morning at the airport before any bad weather started so that was good.
I am working today and we may go out for pizza tonight with my Dad depending on the weather.

Anxiety is such a problem, no matter who suffers from it. If the medication brings Rollins relief, all the while renaining his sweet, crazy self, then it's totally worth it.

I agree 100%...if Rollins seems to be doing well with it..then I would stick with it.

Good Wednesday morning! I was woken up at 4am by a phone call from the alarm conpany at our store telling me an alarm had gone off. Just that one, so obviously it was not a break-in as no other alarms were activated, but I still had to go and check it out. I hope I can fall back asleep a bit before my bank appointment at 10:30. Have a nice day everyone!

Phone calls in the middle of the night are the worst..hope you can get some rest!

Merry Pines Day!
We’re expecting an inch or two of snow this morning, it’s supposed to turn over to all rain this afternoon. I don’t have to run any errands today which is nice. I’ll just be working on my daily chores. I also need to fry meatballs and get a pot of sauce started, dinner will be stuffed shells. Maybe I’ll squeeze a nap in at some point, Rocky has been keeping me up, we’re still working on that sleeping through the night thing!

Well yesterday was a fun and interesting day. There was all the excitement of the rocket launch. Then the Colts had a new coach, then we didn’t have a new coach. Which was fine with me. I was never sold on McDaniel’s anyway. Today should be pretty boring. Nothing really going on. Just the same old same old. I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Good Afternoon ... kids and I had a 2 hour delay this morning due to freezing rain and ice. By the time we left for school/work it warmed up enough that the freezing rain turned to rain and the ice started to melt. Main roads were fine but the side roads had slick spots. Calling for heavy rains today... YUCK .. would rather have snow Not much else going on today. Hope everyone has a great day

Merry Wednesday!

A bit of a headache right now has me home and resting. Just made a pot of coffee and am going to look through a couple of cookbooks for something different to make in my slow cooker tomorrow.

There is 1 - 3 more inches of snow on the way tomorrow night into Friday. The woods always look so festive when the tree branches are covered in snow. Love it! A hot and drier than normal summer has been forecast for this area, so I am going to enjoy every bit of this winter while I can!

Thanks, Meceka!! Mom’s appointment the other day went okay. They had to replace one of the speaker on one of her hearing aids. She says it’s still acting up though so we are going back tomorrow for him to look at it again. Then 30 minutes later it’s across the street to her regular doctor for a check up.

What is today, Wednesday? lol... We've been sick here for 2-3 days now. We picked up an intestinal bug that totally grounded us to stay at home for days now. I was just thinking the other day, that this might be the first year that we may get by this winter without catching something; nope, didn't happen!!!

Well, it's another one of those icky days outside, it started out as snow, the sleet, then freezing rain, now rain and it's supposed to turn back over to snow before this mess ends tonight. And me, I guess its because I'm not feeling like myself, I have not been able to get warm all day. I got the heat up, a blanket around me and I'm still feeling cold; especially my extremities.

Hope everyone is doing well, stay warm and dry!

Morning MMC. It's icy out! We had some snow, ice and rain yesterday. I don't like when they have those mixtures out there. Sometimes I think it would be better with just snow or rain. Good morning and Happy Thursday!
It's going to be breezy and cold today, highs near 32 degrees. I need to run to the bank, Rite Aid and the pet store later this morning. I'll be working on my daily chores this afternoon. I also need to call the groomer at some point to see when she thinks Rocky should have his first appointment. And I'm making spaghetti & chicken parm for dinner. That's about it for me. Good Thursday morning! What should have been average snowfall yesterday turned into a snow storm, with lots of accidents on the roads. A couple of employees who live about 20 minutes away took almost 2 hours to get home, because visibility on the highways was simply awful. By the time I finished work at 9:30pm, there was little snow falling so it was safer to drive, though slippery. I am tired of Winter and snow, I've had enough. At least the sun is out today.

Anyway, I was up early watching Olympics curling and now ski jumping. I love to watch the Olympics, this put me in a better mood. I will go into work early again today, I have too many things to do before I start my vacation tomorrow when I finish work. And I keep adding items to my list as they pop into my head, sometimes in the middle of the night. I don't want to forget anything, especially since our store manager will be away at the company's national conference for part of mext week and we're usually the ones who make sure nothing is forgotten.
