It's a beautiful day today! Hubby has all the farming done & he's off the rest of the week. It was so tempting to take the day off just to go loafing!! But here I am!! Ho hum! LOL!So just work for me today ~ Lu has a grooming appointment. Hopefully hubby can take her! xx

Good Thursday MMC! Friday Eve we call it but for me this week it is Friday itself. Taking off tomorrow to take mom to brunch for Mother's Day since the weekend will be crazy to eat somewhere. Saw the Avengers movie last night. Not a big movies person but it was really good. I hope you all enjoy your day!

It’s going to be cloudy here today with a chance of showers this afternoon, highs near 60 degrees. Not too much going on. Rocky has a groomer appointment this morning. Other than that I will be working on my daily chores. I also need to menu plan for Sunday, my parents will be coming for dinner. That’s about it. Hope everyone is well. Have a great day!

The first half of our Season count is really starting to wind down now, as reference to our Milestone marker chart will confirm.
But let's look at today's numbers first:
Days to the Season: 187
Days to Christmas Day: 229
Now. How much time remains for the first half of our Season journey?
How does FIVE days sound?
Well, whether it sounds right or wrong, it just so happens to be the number of days left.
Time's passin', Folks.
Still nice here in central North Carolina, with moderate temperatures, plenty of sun and no rain. Much warmer weather is in the forecast however, and we will soon feel like we are in the heart of summer, as the temps approach the mid 90's by this weekend.
For now, we are at a comfortable 64 degrees here in the capital city.
Will you have a Thrilling Thursday today?
I hope so. It's all in the attitude, of course.
(And perhaps a little fleeting thought of Christmas just might help give you the boost you need!)
