Thanks, HMG. I appreciate you saying that. The girls looked so cute. I know she understands. She is very mature for her age and she just wants to see me well, plus understands that her dad and I both work hard and can’t always be there.

Happy Final Day of February MMC! I never try to rush time anymore but my least favorite time of year is December 26 through February 28th. And to think we're on the final day of what I call the "Winter Doldrums" is pretty amazing so quickly. Although, next week is looking cold but it's a lot easier to deal with a cold week in early March than in early January. Anyway, hope you're all well and have a great Final Day of February!
Good Thursday morning! A few more cold days ahead but looking forward to a warm-up sometime next week. At least the sun will be out today. Since Tuesday we've had no heat at work in our offices, it is just so cold. Apparently while I was away last week, the same issues arose and everybody kept saying it was another department's job, until finally someone said they would come and fix the problem but I guess they didn't. I have the day off and will go grocery shopping early this morning. There are also the usual chores (at least David can help a little with dusting) and I have an appoitment with an optometrist as well. I need to wear glasses again. Hope everyone enjoys their day!

Happy Friday Eve and last day of February! We got about 1.5 inches of snow and the kids had a delay. I think because it was still snowing when the kids were supposed to leave for school. Typical work day for me and tonight we are going to go get my oldest daughter's prom dress altered. My husband is working late so I think we will have pizza for dinner. Hope you all have a great day!

Right now, we observe 47 degrees here on our back yard thermometer and it's rather cloudy.

I’m heading out soon to feed my daughters cat, they should be coming home from Atlantic City later today. I spoke with my daughter yesterday and she hinted that they might stay an extra day, we’ll see. Other than that it will be a typical day for me plus my oldest has off so we’re going to grab lunch together. That’s about it. I hope everyone has a nice day!!!

Happy Friday Eve!
We had a light, steady snow overnight, enough to lay down about 4 or 5 fluffy inches, but the plows were easily able to keep the roads clear and treated. It was still snowing lightly this morning, so to celebrate the Milestone Day, I had a safe drive to work with some beautiful light snow falling. I listened to a Christmas album on the way in!
(It's likely to go downhill from here ... we're in the midst of a campaign launch for a major client, and things have been hectic lately. But it was a nice ride in!)
