I think my favorite is one fall, October I believe, sitting on my living room floor looking through the JC Penney fall catalog, making my Christmas toy list. That night I wrote a letter to Santa, put it by the fireplace, and of course it was gone the next morning. :)

I also have great memories of Halloween and planning for it...just about every year. ;)

It'd have to be going to the pumpkin patch and checking out the civil war reenactment they did there. Then eating chili they cooked in a big pot over a fire and listening to the band before finally going to get our pumpkin.

Pretty soon we'll be watching Halloween shows each day writing our lists to Santa again ;).
