Just finished a fabulous work out; I'm getting tired, have the fan on full blast, about to enjoy some multi-grain cheerios and raspberry yogurt.

Unfortunately I have to stay away from Starbucks. They're not able to guarantee a "gluten-free" environment due to the potential for cross contamination with gluten-containing products.
I'm so thankful for my coffee creamers, at least I can treat myself to something safe and yummy at home!

I can't believe that, in this day and age, with all of their concoctions, they can't accommodate certain dietary restrictions. Boo!
I enjoy most of my seasonal coffee's at home, too. Taste wonderful, and is much more reasonable too
