As some of you might remember, I am going to be going to school to be a chef after High School, so I am OBSESSED with Food Network. I absolutely love the Thanksgiving shows especially Paula.

I love Good Eats! It seems that Alton Brown might be running out of foods, though. All of the new episodes are weird foods like celery root :)

My other favorite is Giada De Laurentiis, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with cooking :hello:

LOL. Yes...my husband calls Giada's show "food porn" even the music is hinky. Cracks me up. I actually LOVE her cooking. Last year I made her Turkey with Herbes de Provence and Citrus for Thanksgiving. It was delicious.

Yes, yes, yes I do watch it more during the holidays! I think it's fun to have it on all the time. Some good recipe always comes across that I want to try.
I do love Paula Deen. I got her holiday baking magazine and made the holiday pepper jelly this weekend. Ooohhh it was so easy and is fabulous!

I love the "Butter Queen" she cracks me up!!!!

I love the food network!!! In fact, I'm going to change the channel now from Fox News to the Food Network! :-D

I love the foodnetwork! I'm a foodie! I watch it year round, but especially during the holidays. They have great holiday episodes of almost every show. I love to see Sandra Lee's tablescapes, Paula deans makes great unhealthy foods (perfect for the holidays), rachel ray has great soups and giada has good recipes too. They also have great food gift ideas for people. Lets talk turkey starts i think the 17th. So like 2 weeks away!

I love Food Network all the time, but love it even more around holiday time. This year I hope there are a lot of pumpkin soup recipes.

I want to be Alton Brown when I grow up.

Don't We All?

Yah, i watch them when there is nothing else on really, and i do enjoy "Guy's Big Bite" but i do watch alot more during the holiday season.

Currently Listening To: "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas": Wynonna

these awesome shows keep getting better and better! I want to cook a big turkey but I know it's not as easy as they make it look!

Yeah...I'm a food network junkie too. I love um all. I believe Tyler Florence is my favorite now, along with Barefoot Contessa. Paula is up there too but just had to stop watching with all that butter and sugar..I was gaining weight just watching her make all those southern dishes.. Lol. I plan to watch the Thansgiving challenge tonight with Bobby Flay.

I have been watching their Thanksgiving shows all week long. They give some pretty good tips and recipes from year to year that I may have forgotten, and I look forward to the new stuff.
