Halloween 2021 Countdown!

I give a big thumbs up for a 2022 halloween thread if it is not to much trouble for yourself. As others have mentioned above that i also appreciate the work you and edge put in the different threads. They definitely add a little happiness to each day. Thank you.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Another wonderful October weekend is upon us! These are seriously the best weekends of the entire year!

I'm off to Lowes later to get a few things and I am going to try and get a few more strands of orange lights.

Should be easy to keep spooky thoughts in your heart today, have a great Saturday!
 
It is our last single digit day of October and it is a beautiful morning! I got out the last of my Halloween Porch decor yesterday and went to a local pick your own pumpkin patch with my sister and got 9 pumpkins for $25! I was a bit disappointed because I had imagined that pumpkin farmers would be super friendly but that was not my experience. I am sure that just like any job it has its pros and cons but I had been looking forward to it so much that I somehow thought he would be as excited as I was. Unrealistic, I know!

Good Morning Halloween Friends!

Today we officially reach 3 WEEKS until Halloween!

I'm glad there are 3 weeks left of this wonderful month. All day yesterday sure felt like October - it stayed gloomy outside all day, and even though it only rained about 5 minutes, it stayed cool and you could just feel the Halloween vibes in the air.

Dark Arts Sunday today - all month long on Sunday! Have I told you how much I missed Harry Potter? When I hear that soundtrack and see Hogwarts, oh man, gonna be a big dose of the FEELS!

Let's hope for an uneventful, SLOW, rest of the month!

Thanks! I think I have been too heavily influenced by Hallmark/LIfetime. Do you think all men who own Christmas Tree farms aren't single, charming, and looking for love? Are all women Inn owners good bakers, beautiful, and not-looking-for-love? LOL!
 
It rained. Three separate times. We pushed the Great Pumpkin Hunt from 10:00 until 11:00, and we had a break in the rain somewhere in between 11 and Noon, but then it poured, cleared again, and drizzled at least one more time. I have been watching the weather closely, even last night it looked like we might do okay, but this morning it was a 62% chance of rain from 9 am til noon.

We went ahead, the kids had fun, but I am disappointed. Hopefully, next year will be better.
