DAYS TO HALLOWEEN: 16

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Like Edge said, It has to be a great day, right?October Fridays are the best, aren't they?

I hope nobody is tired of Michael yet, because there's another Halloween marathon on TV tonight! I don't think I could ever get tired of seeing him during Halloween season, and even when he makes the "non season" appearance, like the rare times he shows up on TV when it isn't Fall / October.

Have a great Friday, friends!

I am not tired of anything Halloween related yet! I wish we could extend October another 2-3 weeks.

Last night I started thinking about how I haven't played the Silent Hill games in such a long time, and this month would be a perfect time to do so. I envy @Bradmac and his PS4 where he has easy access to the Silent Hill collection. I thought about going somewhere like GameXchange and picking up a cheap PS3, but I couldn't justify it only to play maybe just two games for the next three weeks. I think I'll just watch all of the cutscenes on YouTube, lol.

I haven't tried Silent Hill, other than the movie that's based on the game (which I kinda like). It's worth trying, huh?

I watch Garfield's Halloween special last night. Tonight I think I am going to go with Hocus Pocus. It is a rainy Friday night in October, how much better can it get to stay in and watch a movie?

We just got done watching Muppets Haunted Mansion. It was just OK. Not your typical Muppets movie.

Do yourself a favor and start with Silent Hill 2. It's hands-down the best entry in the series, and you don't have to have any knowledge of the first game to understand the story. It's probably out on the Playstation store for around 10 bucks. It's the perfect game for Halloween.

Ever since playing the games - ANY TIME that it is really foggy around here like you can't see in front of your face, I ALWAYS think of Silent Hill.

I keep hoping / waiting to hear news that the old games are getting either a re-master or a complete remake. Silent Hill 1 I played with my cousin who lived in Ohio, he came down one summer for a visit and showed me the game - I ran right down to EB Games (showing my age here now), and picked up a used copy!

DAYS TO HALLOWEEN: 15

Good Morning Halloween Friends! I'm hoping for another beautiful October day today. Yesterday was 75 and Sunny. Today is supposed to be much of the same. But tomorrow is the real highlight here - only 57 degrees!

It will be a fine day for Dark Arts Sunday!

I hope all enjoy their day! October weekends are the best!

The cool front has arrived. It finally feels like October outside. Hopefully after work tonight I'll be able to enjoy a bit of Halloween television. I've still yet to watch "The Nightmare Before Christmas" this year, and I'm feeling a very big lack of spooky over here.

"Garfield's Halloween" is one of my favorites. I have watched it so many times I can pretty much recite the dialogue. LOL.

DAYS TO HALLOWEEN: 14

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Today we have reached the TWO WEEKS TO HALLOWEEN milestone! To be honest about it, it is sort of bitter-sweet. Happy for whats to come, but not quite ready to put Halloween season on the shelf just yet. Soon in here, we will be talking about the "bonus months" in our soon to be 2022 Countdown. Newbies to the thread may not know what bonus months are, but we will detail them in future posts to come.

Dark Arts Sunday today on Syfy! - HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and HP and the Goblet of Fire! My work will be done by then so I can enjoy!

Today is going to be a super gorgeous fall day - 57 degrees and Sunny! Have a great day, friends!
