I saw my first Halloween decorations....a house had orange and black ghosts hanging from their porch!

Turning the calendar tomorrow is really going to make Halloween feel close!
I saw a neighbor put out a triple plastic pumkin on her porch a few weeks ago...
DAYS TO OCTOBER: 30
DAYS TO HALLOWEEN: 60
Good Morning Friends, and welcome to THE BERS! The "lonely" counts standing tall this morning at just 30 days to October, and 60 days to Halloween, respectively. We had FIVE counts in January and now we are just down to TWO.
Another Jack O Lantern Season is in the books. It led us through the long year and back to the sweet spot. And now that September is here it feels like a party.

Is it spooky season?......not quite yet but it will be here real soon.
The Halloween counts are real eye catching today. The 30 and 60 count are real close now.
I am just happy to be in the Bers now and just hope everything slows down and i am just going to enjoy and take it all in. My wife did tell me the fall decorations will be going up this weekend so that is another plus.

That kind of crept up on us. It really is. Let’s enjoy the season folks, because all too soon unfortunately we will be looking forward to Jack O Lantern Days again. It goes by way too fast….

Good Morning Halloween Friends! 1st day of the first weekend of "Fall" ! Labor Day weekend is Summer's going away party.
It's not on the counts, this is rather a "Silent count", but today is also the 150 day milestone day to when we would celebrate our first Jack O Lantern Day of 2023. Pretty snazzy I think!
This whole next 10 days is down in the 70's. I wonder if we have "finally" reached Fall weather for good, not just the "Fool's Fall" we had a few weeks back when it was in the 70's. I'm hauling our first load of wood pellets this weekend, hoping to have three tons on the ground here by the end of October!

Look what I found at DollarGeneral! Now if only the pajamas would go on sale!!!
I have looked and looked at those pajamas both in stores and on-line and I just can't get myself to spend that much money. Fingers crossed for a good sale.
Tomorrow is the day for the inside Halloween decorations to go up! We have some Fall decor up in one room right now, but everything else goes up tomorrow.
