Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's the weekend "eve" now. I wonder if I will see any more houses decorated for Fall. I look forward to watching some more Halloween movies this weekend. We're supposed to have nice cooler "Bers Weather". I can't wait. Maybe it will truly feel like a Bers day on Sunday when we hit the "Final Fifty" on our way to Halloween.

I took a walk last night and did not notice any fall decorations up in the neighborhood. I actually may be the first this year! I think I will see some this weekend though. I still have to add some pumpkins and mums to complete but I have the hay bale and orange lights up. I am going to keep my eyes open for the first fall and then Halloween decorations. I will make my small switch to include Halloween toward the end of the month.
 
Last night I got all of our Halloween dvd movies rounded up and ready. We’ll probably start watching them in a few weeks. I swear we watched Hocus Pocus seven times last year. Can’t wait to watch Hocus Pocus 2.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! TGIF. Last night I feel like was the first "True" night of Fall we had, with overnight lows getting down into the upper 50's, and Football finally back on TV. We were on the couch watching the game and I looked over at my wife and told her, it sure feels good to have Football back on TV!

I'm hoping for more "Fall Feels" this weekend as the weather stays cool and of course Sunday is not only beginning the "Final 50" on the way to Halloween, but it is of course also a day where we will have Football practically all day and into the evening. The feels will be strong.

I noticed that the full re-release of the soundtrack to "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" is available on Spotify now. If you recall earlier in the year, I posted a news story about how the family of Lee Mendelson had found a new stash of Vince Guaraldi's master recordings, and this re-release is one end result of that discovery.

The original 2018 release of the soundtrack was nothing short of a mess, so I'm excited to hear how this release fixes things.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Today marks exactly THREE weeks until October, and we are on the eve of a tremendous milestone - 50 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN, arriving TOMORROW. That's right, we begin the FINAL FIFTY to Halloween!

It's a gorgeous morning outside. Beautiful big "Halloween Moon" outside, and only 54 degrees. Tonight we are going to have a fire in the fire pit!

We are getting SO close to those gorgeous October sunsets. My wife snapped this picture last night as we were leaving a restaurant. If only the sky was just a bit more purple tinted....

But to agree with @SolidSnake84, the moon totally looked like a Halloween moon last night. There was even a small strand of clouds in front of it to give it the full effect, and it had that pale orange glow. I wish I had taken a picture of that too.

MILESTONE DAY!

At long last, we have reached the "Final 50" to Halloween. That came fast, didn't it?

Folks, yesterday was a day full of "FEELS" here. It was a gorgeous Fall day. I played my Halloween playlist while I was unloading Wood Pellets in the back yard. The weather was just perfect, and then after we had dinner, we went and walked through Hobby Lobby. I hadn't been in about 2 weeks.

It was so special seeing all the Fall and Christmas stuff together. It was like being in a dream world there for about 15 minutes. It really is the "Sweet Spot" of the year. I wish it could last forever. And later this afternoon, I will settle in for the first NFL Sunday of the year. So glad to be here!

I set up my Halloween village yesterday, the only decorations yet to go up are my metal black cats and metal pumpkins. In the past I usually put everything out on one day, but this year I have been bring things out a bit at a time and I am enjoying it, a nice way to pass smaller bits of time and I get to enjoy seeing them bit by bit.
 
Hello all!

It is a nice Fall day today. Football, cool and rainy outside, Fall scents in the house! Just wonderful!

The other day I put a Halloween playlist together on Spotify. Currently it has about 80 songs on it. I will keep adding more as I notice things are missing, but it is fun to listen to while I am working on other stuff.

I got all my fall stuff out this past week, but I haven't gotten any Halloween stuff out yet. Thank you for the pictures.
