Today is going to be a hot summer-like day, in the upper 80's. I'm glad that is happening on a milestone day because it will make me get the Feels even more thinking about this upcoming Fall / Halloween season. And of course, no Saturday would be complete without making a run into Hobby Lobby to check on Christmas items!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Once again it's a milestone day!! Happy 150 Days to Halloween! It is also exactly 90 Days to The Bers, and now ONE WEEK AWAY from being only 100 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON.

It is a nice cool morning again, which takes me straight to Fall. Can't believe we hit a milestone today; 150 days to Halloween!
I too need to get to Hobby Lobby, but it likely will not be today. Perhaps Monday I can make the trip.

Happy Milestone Day! Our highest count hitting 150 days proves how fast we are moving along and now that I get to watch my pumpkins growing each day it really feels like we are on the road!
I am 100% ON BOARD with those Halloween cereals. Count Chocula is one of my faves. I remember when we were kids they used to sell it all year round, not just at Halloween, but I think having them be a seasonal thing makes them more special!
In all seriousness about the milestone days, I'm so happy to see them coming more frequently now. This is the time of year where things start to get exciting, as if we're almost to the very peak of the roller coaster before plummeting down the other side into the second half of the year.
I think I will also make a Hobby Lobby visit today. Even if there's no Christmas stuff on display yet, just walking through the Fall aisles makes my heart happy. I'm hoping our store has a third aisle up by now.

By the end of this month, and well before, we will be left with only our "Days to Halloween" count that is still in triple digits. Let that sink in for just a moment.
We were in the upper 80's yesterday, and today we are heading to a high of only 73. I think today will be the day that I finish cleaning up the garden area and getting those pumpkins in the ground. It will feel like Fall while I'm doing it, and in the coming weeks as I check on the progress of the plants, I'll always be reminded of what is coming as they continue to grow!

Good morning Halloween fans!
This morning has a distinct Fall feeling as it is a little cooler and a really nice breeze.
I think I need to plant some more pumpkins, so far only one seed has sprouted. That will simply not do. So I will replant the other few mounds and see how they do. If they all end up coming up I will thin them out.

Well, they had another 1/2 aisle up -- this time filled with Thanksgiving items! And there were bins out on the floor with the rest of it. They are slowly removing and clearancing their summer stock, so I think before too long it'll be an all-Fall display.
Still no Christmas items on the floor yet, though.
A Halloween musical---wow. Even if it is bad, it would have to be good!
