Good Morning Halloween Friends! Steady rain out here this morning and 66 degrees. It's supposed to reach near 80 today, but I think with this rain it might not happen. No complaints here.
We continue our quest towards the weekend, which is now decidedly in range. I spend Thursdays literally waiting for the afternoon when I can feel the weekend vibes roll in, and usually sometime after 1:00, the hours seem to melt away. I still think that Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening sleeps are maybe the best outside of holiday time.
On the counts, we're getting ready to hit 100 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON, which will be here on Saturday. What an amazing way to start the weekend. But don't sleep on that Fall Pre-Season count, which will reach its own milestone when we hit 50 DAYS TO FALL PRE-SEASON next Wednesday! For whatever reason, I think that count seems to be going the fastest out of any. Strange how that works. But for now, we just enjoy them the way that they are. In three more days there will only be TWO counts still in the 100's. Every other count is double digits. Think back to when we started our journey. We started with 6 full counts in triple digits. In January, I believe we had SEVEN when the BERS Count returned in January. Now we are down to just TWO! All in the span of just a few months!

Our next milestone after today will be on Wednesday, when we reach 50 DAYS TO FALL PRE-SEASON. Holy cow is that one going fast.
I'm hoping to get out to Hobby Lobby again today and see if any more progress is being made on Fall items. There's a good collection, but I have yet to see the full "array" of fall candles, and my stock is beginning to get depleted after so many years of JOL Days and milestone celebrations!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Another count is now down in double digits as you can see above. We are approaching the half-way point of the month now, that will arrive next Saturday. There's not really a lot standing in our way now until Fall Pre-Season. We will hit the 50 DAYS TO FALL PRESEASON milestone on Wednesday. That's going to be a big one. And we're just 3 weeks away from JOL Day #5. We are in a very special time right now, by the time we close out June, we will have only ONE count that is still in triple digits, and it will be our Days to Halloween Count. That is crazy when you think that we started with SEVEN full counts, and within two weeks we will be down to just one count that still has triple digits.
It's a cool morning, only 62 degrees outside and it's mildly breezy. This is probably one of the last cool ones like this for a while. We have two days at the end of this week that will hit the 90's. That is the Sweat Fest in its prime. We are ready. We got the window AC out of the shed yesterday and put it in. We are ready to go. The Sweat Fest is my sworn mortal enemy, lol.

And we've got a BIG milestone coming up on my favorite day of the week that will give us something to set our sights on. It's the 50 DAYS TO FALL PRESEASON milestone and I'm telling you folks, that one is going to be HUGE.
Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of daily life, I forget honestly, despite doing these counts every morning, just how CLOSE October really is! My daughter will be TWO years old on October 12th. Holy cow!
