We move along now into my "Mini Friday", since I am off work today.
MY ultimate plan for later is pop back by the hobby lobby, and see if I can find my own "Jackpot", which Rich found a few days back. It's time!
I'm still loving this cool, fall-like- weather. Any day that we keep the sweatfest at bay is a wonderful day!

I just got done mowing the front yard, let me tell you - the breeze right now is SCREAMING late September / October. I absolutely love how it feels. And it's also CRAZY how much I'm missing / longing for Fall right now!

I'm back at work today after being off yesterday. I really hope today goes by fast and doesn't lag / stall too much, especially during the afternoon part. Everybody wants to go home on a Friday!
This weekend we will see on the counts that we will be just THREE WEEKS from JOL Day #4, as we will have completed one full week of May!
It's also only TWO WEEKS until The Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I can't believe I am writing that. That's how close we are to being able to be standing on the doorstep to THE ROAD opening up.

We didn't get a chance to get to Hobby Lobby the other day, so we are going this morning after doing the grocery run.
Two counts stand out to me this morning, and in all honesty they seem kind of thin! 115 Days to The Bers, and 20 WEEKS TO OCTOBER. Tomorrow the 100 day milestone to The Bers will be just two weeks away, and we will also be three weeks away from JOL Day #4.
Seeing that 20 weeks to October seems wild. We are way past the halfway to October part now, and knowing that when we do this again next Saturday, that count will be in the teens? I think you can enjoy every day but it's also okay to daydream a little bit. Everybody knows I want to get past surgery day so we have the whole summer and Fall to enjoy with no worries.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Unfortunately it is Monday again, which really nobody enjoys, but the positive side of it is that we are again working together and working towards another weekend. Ever since I heard someone say that the weekends were like "mini holidays", I can't think about them any other way. And every day / minute / hour from this point is shaving time away from when we reach Memorial Day weekend, which from today's marker is just 11 days until that Friday.
Yesterday was on the cooler side and we ended up getting almost a half an inch of rain! As the sun started setting, a fog moved in over the fields here, and it for a minute there it could have been The Bers. We even had a partial deep red, almost purple sunset, but the clouds got in the way of me being able to take a good picture.
I'll be back to check in here when this Monday is basically over with, I think I might start doing like Edge and maybe popping back in the threads later in the day / evening. Have a great day!

Happy Monday Evening! There's a frost warning again overnight. Crazy that we are almost in the middle of May and it still gets that cold at night. The chilly nights make me think of Autumn, and especially October!

Happy Tuesday Pumpkin People! This week is 100% already doing better now that Monday is over and we are starting the next part of our journey that culminates in reaching the mid-week point. I love the energy on Wednesdays!
Yesterday, of all things, I was thinking about JOL Day #4, and believe it or not, I am thinking of planning out the rest of my JOL Days all the way up until our last one of the year in September. I think for the first couple of years after we created this thread and the idea of JOL Day, I plotted out a movie schedule for every single JOL Day, then the past couple of years I've done it more organically. It might be fun to hammer them all out again.
Confession time to my pumpkin peeps in here - I feel like May time is dragging again, and I know exactly why. My close MMC friends do too. Today marks exactly 30 days until Holly has surgery. Will I feel different / better after today since we are under 30 days then and normally a "count" moves like it has been greased? We will have to wait and see.

Now we move into a new day and new countdowns. Little over two weeks now until JOL Day #4, and starting tomorrow we will finally enter single digits on our way down to the 100 DAYS TO THE BERS milestone! And honestly 100 days is still a long time, but it's "close", if that makes any sense at all!
