Halloween will see only 1 in 10 braving the elements to trick or treat this year. Survey respondents of MyMerryChristmas.com’s annual survey of holidays said that long before the CDC recommended folks forego the door-to-door tradition this year.

out town cancelled halloween...no trick or trunk either..kids are sad..stores barely put any halloween stuff out yet over loaded the candy..no costumes but they did put masks out...

We did a 180 over the weekend ... decided we'd better prepare for any trick-or-treaters after all. We got a couple bags of fun-size chocolate bars, and Mr. made up sealed sandwich baggies with an assorted of candies in each. That way, if the doorbell rings, we can quickly hand out baggies and minimize contact.

I almost forgot about Halloween. I'm excited for the kids. It's this time they get a lot of treats.
