I decided that what made Halloween better this year was that it was on a weekend. Unfortunately, it will not be on a weekend for the next several years. I think that I did a better job this year of even trying to start by mid-October and celebrating each weekend more Halloweenish but next year I think the entire month I want to treat each weekend as if it were actually the day of Halloween and watch more shows, have more candy and just really take it in more.

I like your way of thinking. I celebrate halloween season from October 01st and love merging it with my love for autumn.

Yeah well I'm planning on having a post Halloween next weekend...I mean after all I still have some shows to watch and what am I supposed to do with the leftover lonely candy?

Good self-control. It's hard to eat only one piece...

. I like to buy some on sale after Halloween but the stores I looked at today didn't have much left. I'm gonna check when I go to work this week during lunch break. They may have more around there.

Yes, I definitely crave more than one!
Adrian was at Walmart today, and he said there were no Halloween sales yet! I thought that was nuts-I've never seen that. It's always 50% off. He likes to stock up on outdoor decor. He said the Halloween candy was still full price. Boo!

Unlike some of y'all, I don't feel guilty about the raging candy bender I went on this weekend! I own it.

I thoroughly plan on doing the same next year!

I do it every year, too-and refuse to deprive myself. But I also hate when my clothes fit a little tighter, lol.
I just have to exercise a little more to work it off!

I hear that. There's a happy medium. I tend to err too much on the "life's short, eat a bucket of Halloween candy" side. It may be shorter if I keep this up!!!!
