Yes, but I don't do the decoration on top. That way I could put it back in the freezer and shave off a piece at a time.
 
If you're making a fruitcake, remember that you can switch out the fruit and nuts, but keep the weights the same
 
I'd suggest a recipe by Mary Berry, Delia Smith, or Nigella Lawson. Nigella's might be a bit more boozy. I think Martha Stewart has a good recipe as well. A Google search should bring them up.
 
I'm just a Utah kid. Never had this in my life. Where do I go to find one that would give me an authentic first experience? Nobody I know makes this stuff
