Here too!A. Definitely A. I am so ready for the Bers. More so for the weather. So this heat and humidity need to go away soon.
Not bad!I am going to go for B. I have a couple of more summeresque things before Wednesday and then I will be TOTALLY ready.
This whole weekend here is basically a "Bers Blast off" party. It started last weekend with decorating and reaching the final 10 days, but this weekend, between the cooler weather moving in, and Dark Arts Sunday on Sunday, there is going to be some STRONG Bers vibes. I can't wait. This is the last weekend we will have without the Bers for the next 4 months. We are almost home, guys.DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 90
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 66
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 5
Happy Final Friday Of August! Today’s 3 countdowns are as follows: 90 days till Thanksgiving, 66 days till November, and 5 days till The Bers. Our next milestone is the beginning folks. It’s the beginning of our favorite time of the year. It’s beginning of The Bers. And it happens on Wednesday. Then we will only have 2 of our 3 countdowns remaining. Is that scary or what? We have a little time left still but only 5 days to get ready now. I hope you’re all getting there and getting done what you need to get done. But it’s been a fun ride and we have plenty to go for our other 2 counts thankfully. But The Bers count now? We see it lowering and we know soon enough it will be here. And we reach another Friday here with another weekend pending. The excitement is only going to get bigger and better for all of us. Who’s ready to have some fun during The Bers? I know we all are. The hype has begun big time now. It’s only a matter of time. And we’ll be here during it to take you right on the road back to November and Thanksgiving. That’s what this thread is about and September 1 really kicks off that road. It’s almost time to be in The Bers. Now you all enjoy your Friday ok? You need to. And then the weekend will be here. Have a great Final Friday Of August!

I think Solid just solved my current state of mind... you know the feeling you get on vacation when you just can't wait to get home? No matter how much fun you have had, no matter how nice your current location is? All you want is your own house, your own bed, to be home. That is how I have been feeling since Rudolph Eve and I think it is going to last for a few more days... the Bers are so close, I am ready to be home...We are almost home, guys.
Me too!I am ready to be home...

It is! And in more ways than one. I usually wait until the week before Thanksgiving to buy my turkey so I can put it directly into the fridge to start thawing, but I think I am going to pick one up soon. I think it is going to be worth giving up some freezer space for the peace of mind!Almost turkey time, guys!
Lol. I always feel that way about vacation. I enjoy it but i am always ready to come home. My wife thinks I'm crazy when i say I'm ready to go home. I'm a big fan of the staycation. All I know is that I'm trying something different for our turkey this year. I have wanted to try one of those cajun turkeys forever, and I'd also like to try deep-frying one. I'm fine with traditional turkey, but my taste buds are ready for something new!It is! And in more ways than one.
