DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 198
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 176
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 115

Happy May Warmth! Today folks we have 198 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 176 days to go until November, and 115 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone is all we’re talking about here. That is the 100-Day Marker Till The Bers. I’ve said it and I think it’s true but to me the biggest Non-Bers Milestone of the year for any thread on this site is May 24th. That’s just how I see it because it’s right around Memorial Day which starts the long summer road back to The Bers. We move ahead here in our Super Spring trying to focus on it as enticing as the thoughts of what lies ahead are. I love Super Spring. And I love Tuesdays in this thread because it’s time for all of us to post any pictures that we find and want to share with each other which involves Thanksgiving or anything turkey related. Folks let’s focus on today like I always say. But I have to tell you I am looking forward to the NFL Schedules releasing this week on Thursday and those Thanksgiving Day games being announced. Keep it real turkey fans. Have a great time today and I’ll be back later to hopefully post a picture or 2 of Thanksgiving “stuff”. Maybe “Stufffing?” Well let’s all have a great time with it here on Tuesday which is picture day in this thread every single week. Have a great May Warmth!

Happy Tuesday! I'm hearing that there is a rumor that the schedules might not be released on Thursday, due to some sort of issue they are having. I hope that's not the case. We have been looking forward to this day for a long time, It's always one of those "Thanksgiving milestones" that I look forward to each countdown season.

Have a great day!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 197
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 175
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 114

Happy Double Digits May! Today folks we have 197 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 175 days to go until November, and 114 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be coming soon folks. And it will be a major one. Ok I didn’t want to scare you by saying “soon.” We have 2 FULL weeks to enjoy before it arrives. I think this might be the last of any “stress free” time here in this thread and count. Because 2 weeks from today we will reach the 100 Day Marker till the Bers. We’ll also be on the brink of being Halfway to Thanksgiving and heading right towards Memorial Day. Geez. I’m telling you we better enjoy this week. But today folks in our Super Spring we have our Weekly Wednesday Poll below.

The most exciting milestone in May is which of the following?
  • 100 Day Marker till The Bers
  • Halfway To Thanksgiving Week
  • Halfway To Thanksgiving Day
  • Memorial Day (the start of the summer road back to the Bers)
  • These all come amazingly within a few days of each other. I’m going to pick A. I like using that date May 24th because it gives us a chance to also start earlier than waiting for Memorial Day to let the importance of what’s happening set into our heads. Keep it real turkey fans. One more day till the NFL Schedules release. Have a great Double Digits May!

Good Morning! I have to answer "A" on this one because hitting the 100 Days to The Bers is a major feel good moment! I also agree with you on these being the last two weeks in May before everything starts changing! Business is going to pick up, soon! Have a great day!

I'm going to break from the crowd and choose "D" here. It was a tough choice, to be sure, but I do get more excited about Memorial Day and "the road to the Bers" opening back up. Also, Memorial Day is one of the bookends of summer!

I do get excited about the 100 day Bers marker too, but for some reason Memorial Day feels more "official" to me.

A for me too! September is when I swap out the regular kitchen towels for the fall ones, pullout all my fall scent tarts for my warmers, pull out the Jack O' Lantern coffee mugs and fall decorative bowls and Halloween candy jars that will hold the candy corn we buy. Sometime during September I get my fall decorations up in the house and by the end of the month the outside Halloween decorations are up. I love the warm rich colors of Fall and the fall scents.
