Yesterday gave off November vibes but today is full on Christmas vibes! Big, fluffy snowflakes are falling slowly past the window and everything is white and quiet. Scrolling MMC and enjoying a hot tea, can't ask for more than that.

Turkey buffalo dip? Shredded bbq turkey breast sandwichs, turkey burger sliders.I love the idea of the February Thanksgiving feast. You know we have a big food day for Superbowl, but it isn't "Thanksgiving Food". Definitely no Turkey lol.
But it has me wondering, Football is incorporated so much as part of our Bers, Fall, and really Thanksgiving traditions in general.
What would it be liked to have a "Thanksgiving Style" Superbowl party?
It would basically be Thanksgiving in February because everyone fills up with food and then lounges / sleeps through the Thanksgiving day games.
I don't think I am going to do this this year, but I think it really has potential.
Have a great day!
Throw in a rerun of the Macy's parade that morning and add a Fall-themed dessert, like maybe a pumpkin cheesecake, plus the cold weather, and you've got Thanksgiving feels all over again.Turkey buffalo dip? Shredded bbq turkey breast sandwichs, turkey burger sliders.
I think it definitely would work but I kind of prefer to stick with the Italian Wedge, wings, chips, dips etc...and makes an excuse to have a 2nd special meal in February instead of combining it into one!I love the idea of the February Thanksgiving feast. I have that parade still on my DVR!Throw in a rerun of the Macy's parade that morning and add a Fall-themed dessert, like maybe a pumpkin cheesecake, plus the cold weather, and you've got Thanksgiving feels all over again.
Nothing wrong with having two celebrations instead of one.I think it definitely would work but I kind of prefer to stick with the Italian Wedge, wings, chips, dips etc...and makes an excuse to have a 2nd special meal in February instead of combining it into one!
Yes it is!!!With three days to celebrate in a row, this is going to be a a marvelous week.
We can stay in the 40s for a while still! And the milestones return! I have missed them. Moreover, we still have 43 weeks left. Plenty of time and confirmation that we'll be in the 40s for quite a while.
It's going to be fun! With three days to celebrate in a row, this is going to be a a marvelous week.
Wonder how many miles I have ever walked chasing those things?I'll post these guys. I think they're on topic. These are some of the guys (and gals I assume) who hang out at our birdfeeder outside our kitchen window.
