DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 225
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 203
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 142

Happy Dozen Days Of April! Today folks we have 225 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 203 days to go until November, and 142 days to go until The Bers. Our next milestone will be on Saturday and it will be the 200-Day Marker Till November. Let’s take a look at our Weekly Wednesday Poll on this Super Spring Wednesday!

How was your Easter this year?

A.) Better than Thanksgiving was last year.

B.) Not as good as Thanksgiving was last year.

C.) About the same as Thanksgiving was last year.

D.) I enjoyed it but I would never put it on the same level as Thanksgiving.

I’m going with D. I enjoyed it but I would never try to fool myself or anyone else that it would be even on the level of Thanksgiving. Not even close. And so I can’t even think about it in terms of that. Now for all you turkey fans I hope you’re having a great day and that you enjoy the poll and being in our Super Spring. Have a great Dozen Days Of April!

This was a hard choice to make! Easter was great and as far as great feelings go, It really was just as good as Easter. But in terms of truthfulness, I have to go with "D" because even though we do fun things like "Mini Thanksgivings" and "Halfway to Thanksgiving" dinners, nothing really compares to the big turkey day. So I'm going with D. Have a great day!

I have to go with A, but mainly because I missed my extended family gathering due to being sick after a bout of tonsillitis and then a rash/reaction to the antibiotic. I was just so tired that I was content to do very little, so having gorgeous weather and more energy made Easter and the whole weekend very enjoyable and I was able to see two of my siblings and their families on Saturday.

I will go with D on this one too. But Easter is a totally different type of celebration. It is much more of a spiritual celebration. The price that was paid and the gift we received far outways any other holiday or celebration.

Definitely D! For me Thanksgiving is 2 a day process .. I am cooking and baking the day before as well as the day of. A lot more food and family at Thanksgiving. Easter is more laid back with far less guests and food.

I do not get build up, the excitement with Easter. With Thanksgiving there is at least good solid week or 2 of excitement and build up as you shop and get ready. There are way more sights, sounds, smells, and feels with Thanksgiving.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 224
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 202
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 141

Happy April Teens! Today folks we have 224 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 202 days to go until November, and 141 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be the day after tomorrow which will be our important 200-Day Marker Till November. We move ahead here in our Super Spring with our Thanksgiving Thought on this Thursday!

I think Thanksgiving is the most unique holiday of the year. Why? Because a holiday like Easter happens and goes on and you just move on. Same for Memorial Day. Even Halloween. Christmas there is the instant let down after it’s over. But Thanksgiving you don’t just “Move on” but you’re kind of throw into the holiday season and a totally different feeling which you always link back to Thanksgiving Day and how it all began. Thanksgiving sure is unique not only for the day it is but for what it brings right after it’s “over”.

I hope you all are having a good week thus far. Not quite the same feeling as last week with Easter but that’s ok. We’ve had some borderline (and beyond) summer type of temps now happening. Just a taste of the Summer Sweatfest but it won’t last this time of year. Have a great April Teens!

We should be getting some NFL schedule info soon, no? The draft is at the end of this month, and last year they announced a few games, such as Thanksgiving week and the international series, prior to the draft. I'm hoping they do the same this year.

And hey, if you miss football on Sundays, the USFL returns this week!

Not for a while still. I heard May 11th.
